I'm pleased that we cleared a major hurdle yesterday as we move towards our goal of taking ownership of this wonderful club by the end of the season. I'm grateful to the EFL and the administrators for such productive conversations this last week. I think academy trusts shd at least be held to same standards of transparency as local authorities, where £150k-plus salaries and pensions must be disclosed against names and positions. Acads sector likes to talk about its financial transparency, but lacking in vital aspect here.
