@josephdzita I know. I never understood why teams limit relievers to pitch only an inning. In my opinion every pitcher should be treated as starters in terms of being able to pitch multiple innings. If they are only need for an inning great, but should be able to pitch 2 or 3 innings at least

Schneider is just watching this unfold. Don’t know why he’s still in this ball game. A 4-run lead should’ve been plenty of support for Hoffman, but it’s still inexcusable to have him still in there. Also don’t know why he’s out there to begin with. Keep it Varland…

Those who actually paid attention to the season (which apparently didn't include most fans in most other cities) understand that the Maple Leafs aren't as big a disaster as many want them to be. Injuries destroyed the second half of the season.

@mcclusk How crazy this season was is not being talked about enough. This was January 21. This team ended up with Gavin McKenna and a complete managerial overhaul after this. The Leafs have tremendous bounceback potential but everyone just wants to scream blow it up. Crazy stuff
