🚨🚨🚨 ISRAEL JUST MADE THE SINGLE MOST DANGEROUS MILITARY DECISION OF THE ENTIRE WAR. AND NOBODY UNDERSTANDS WHAT THEY JUST TRIGGERED. 🚨🚨🚨 Israel and the U.S. struck South Pars — the LARGEST gas field on the planet. But here's what they either didn't know or didn't care about: South Pars is jointly managed by Iran AND Qatar. They didn't just attack Iran. They attacked the energy backbone of their OWN Gulf allies. Let that sink in. 💀 The IRGC just declared ALL major energy facilities across the entire GCC as "direct and legitimate targets" — and warned strikes are coming in the "COMING HOURS." 💀 Listed targets: Qatar's LNG complex, Saudi Aramco facilities, UAE oil terminals — EVERYTHING. 💀 Saudi Aramco has already EVACUATED workers from the SAMREF refinery in Yanbu. They're not waiting. They KNOW what's coming. 💀 Iranian hackers have ALREADY hit Aramco's digital systems — posting images and issuing threats to PARALYZE their infrastructure. 💀 Multiple EXPLOSIONS just heard in Riyadh — confirmed by Reuters, AFP, and AP. Sirens sounding in the Saudi capital. Do you understand the scale of what's happening? ⚠️ Qatar's LNG complex is the LARGEST on Earth. It supplies 30% of the world's liquefied natural gas. If Iran hits it — Europe's heating supply DISAPPEARS overnight. Not in months. OVERNIGHT. ⚠️ Saudi Aramco is the most valuable company on the PLANET — worth $1,800,000,000,000. Its refineries process 12 MILLION barrels per day. One successful strike takes 10% of the world's oil OFFLINE. ⚠️ In 2019, a SINGLE drone attack on Saudi Aramco's Abqaiq facility knocked out 5.7 million barrels per day and sent oil up 15% in ONE session. Iran now has 10x the motivation and NOTHING left to lose. They're showing you "precision strikes on Iranian targets." They're NOT showing you that those strikes just gave Iran the JUSTIFICATION to destroy every oil facility from Qatar to Saudi Arabia to the UAE. Here's the logic — follow it carefully: → You bomb a gas field that's JOINTLY OWNED with Qatar → Qatar — your own Gulf ally — publicly condemns you → Iran uses the attack as justification to target ALL Gulf energy → IRGC formally declares Gulf facilities as "legitimate targets" → Aramco starts EVACUATING refineries → Explosions hit RIYADH → You didn't weaken Iran. You gave them the excuse to burn down the ENTIRE Gulf's economy. If this was a "strategic victory," why is Aramco evacuating workers RIGHT NOW? If Iran's military is "degraded," why are 6 Gulf nations scrambling to protect their oil fields from an attack they believe is IMMINENT? Complete silence. You don't evacuate the world's most valuable company unless you KNOW what's coming. The IRGC said "coming hours." Not days. Not weeks. HOURS. And every Gulf state just went from spectator to TARGET. This is no longer a war between the U.S. and Iran. This is a war that's about to ERASE the Gulf's entire energy infrastructure — the infrastructure that powers HALF the planet. Prepare accordingly. 🚨🚨🚨 They don't want you seeing this. Follow + RT to beat the algorithm. 🚨

@bryan_johnson Interesting! And feels intuitively true. Do you include 'X' in your definition of social media? I am assuming so...

Finished a seven day social media fast. It feels like the most effective longevity therapy I've done. Everything got better: mood, sleep, energy, presence, judgment, relationships, and optimism. Evidence shows a seven day fast produces a reduction of anxiety (16%), depression (25%) and insomnia (15%). The effects felt bigger. Conversely, dipping back in, I can viscerally feel that my body metabolizes social media similarly to a fast food meal, corrosive relationship, hangover, and sleep deprivation. My body hates it. After the previous fasts (40/hr and 70hr), I wrote that social media is pollution.  Not a vice or guilty pleasure. It’s closer to water toxins, air pollution and microplastics. This time, the major insight was that social media is a form of intoxication. Alcohol is honest intoxication. It clearly tells you what it's taking from you. Social media on the other hand does not disclose itself as an intoxicant. It produces the sensation of being informed, engaged, and connected while quietly evacuating your capacity for depth and independent thought. You don’t feel drunk, you feel current. But evidence shows that it causes your brain to shrink. The impairment is real by you can't feel it. Making it the more dangerous type. If you haven't tried it, I strongly encourage you to try a social media fast. Even if for one day.

@markstephenson2 @El_Hadji1984 @LeedsGreenParty @LUFC Got it. Thought it was food. That changes things. I wonder if that was widely known, the reaction would've been different. Seems absolutely reasonable to break and not at all "gesturing". But not for a (second in a row) Pep-talk 😀

If this is true, it’s not the values of Leedsians and the club must make a statement. Despite the competitive nature of football, we must respect each other. We’re better than this! @LUFC
Mukhtar@I_amMukhtar

Leeds fans booed after the referee paused the match against Manchester City to allow Rayan Aït-Nouri, Rayan Cherki and Omar Marmoush to break their fast. It takes 30 seconds to break a fast, and it was pre agreed with Leeds. They also put it up on the big screen.

The fucking British have been trying to overtake Russia for 300 years. Why wouldn't they be having tried to take over the United States for the last 110, 120, when they finally stopped fighting us? That would be after Reconstruction, right? They finally just stopped fighting us. No, then they just started buying our politicians, and then they got Woodrow Wilson elected in 1912. And then miraculously we got, you know, direct election of senators, the Federal Reserve and the 16th Amendment and the income tax the very next year. And somehow we wound up fighting two world wars to bail the British and the French out of their friggin' bullshit. And after both of those world wars, the price of gold was reset to the pre-war value both times creating a massive deflationary wave and gold flowed toward the old country and away from every one. The more I study this stuff, the more I see it all as one big goddamn British plot and just. It does it bothers me. like I if you know, you know, you know, the whole fight club thing, right? For years, I used to say, well, if you could fight one person, who would you fight? I used to say Milton Friedman. Because you know, he was the libertarian in wolf's clothing. He was because he wasn't libertarian. Like now you just he, you know, he's the free marketeer and most no, no, if I could fight one dude, I'd fight Churchill. I beat Churchill until I beat Churchill until I shoved that cigar right down his fucking because that cocksucker needs a revaluing in history. That cocksucker is one of the biggest fucking mass murders. He's bigger mass murder because of him we got Stalin, because of him we got Hitler because of British ambitions to take over Russia, we fought two fucking, we fought two world wars for that. We watched Eastern Europe be under Stalin's thumb for 70 years in the goddamn Cold War. Fuck Churchill. And fuck all this, just fuck all this limey history. I'm just so fucking over it. So it's time for everybody to just lay their cards on the table and go, you know what? Yeah, I'm no longer, I'm not a libertarian anymore. Fuck you, it's war, there are no libertarians and there are no goddamn atheists and foxholes, let's go kill these motherfuckers and be done with it, metaphorically speaking, of course, because we're on YouTube. And I mean this, how do you beat them? You beat them financially, you beat them politically. You don't have to to war with them, you don't need to kill them. You kill them by taking away their money, by taking away their power, by taking away their ability and their access to it in the future. That's how you do it. And that's a very, very difficult task. And that's what Scott Bessent is for because Scott Bessent used to work for them and Scott Bessent knows how to do it. And so I choose to live in a world, maybe I'm Pollyanna, but I choose to live in a world where bad men can have a third act in their life.

Tom Luongo: "The British Have Been Running the Game for 300 Years" @TFL1728 delivers one of his most fired-up takes ever, laying out his theory that British political influence has been the hidden hand behind America's biggest turning points — from Woodrow Wilson's election in 1912 to the creation of the Federal Reserve, the income tax, and both World Wars. He argues that post-war gold resets funneled wealth back to the old powers, that Churchill deserves a serious historical reevaluation, and that the path forward isn't military — it's financial. His conclusion: you beat entrenched power by cutting off its money, and he believes that's exactly what figures like Scott Bessent are positioned to do. Whether you agree or not, this one will make you think.

We're at an inflection point. The internet is evolving from moving information to moving value. Blockchain, stablecoins, and AI aren't separate trends — they're converging into something much bigger: a reimagined global economic system, built natively on the internet. We are entering a world where, in my view, tens or even hundreds of billions of AI agents will interact and perform economic functions over the internet. They'll need programmable digital dollars and open infrastructure to do it. That's exactly what we've been building at Circle. Circle’s Q4 showed this isn't just a vision anymore — it's happening. USDC expansion continued, our share of stablecoin transaction volume approached 50%, and our broader platform expanded well beyond issuance into the infrastructure layer of onchain finance. Arc. CCTP. Circle Payments Network. StableFX. Each one a building block for what comes next. The opportunity ahead has never been greater. And we're just getting started. @Matt_Hougan This is the killer line: “Either you believe it’s literally impossible to create a digital store of value or you have to imagine it passing through exactly this teenage state.” Exactly right and well said.

These are terrible takes. Bitcoin is an emerging store of value. You cannot ask it to emerge from nothing as mature as gold. Imagine it in 2009 as a newborn. It is 100% speculation. Now imagine it in 2050 or whenever, when every central bank owns it, and it’s as normal as gold. It’s 0% speculation. You cannot travel from 100% speculation to 0% speculation without ticking every gradient in between. The reason it doesn’t fit any individual box right now is it’s in the uncomfortable middle. But that’s a necessary part of the journey. Either you believe it’s literally impossible to create a digital store of value or you have to imagine it passing through exactly this teenage state.

Your mind will 🤯 IMO if you’re in subnets now, you’re early. If you own $TAO and you’re not in subnets, you’re missing out. Just look at the APY and daily green candles 📈

37 MEETINGS in 15 DAYS with our latest cold email system Everyone’s out here bragging about “sending 200k emails a month,” but can’t book a single buyer who isn’t on life support. Meanwhile, we did the opposite. No spam blasts. No “noticed you posted on LinkedIn 4 months ago” stalking vibes. Just cut the three habits that tank 90% of outbound: • chasing volume instead of intent • over-optimizing deliverability like it’s a religion • sending scripts that sound like a committee wrote them Once we ditched all that, the whole system snapped into place. Replies got real. Meetings snowballed. Pipeline felt illegal. It was nothing “advanced.” Just a workflow that respects people’s time and finds the ones who actually want to talk. If you want the exact setup — targeting filters, triggers, scripts, everything Comment “INBOX” + Like + Repost. (must follow for DM)
