@virginmedia @vintage_Mommaa @CommsOmbudsman I’ve just tried again, days later and still can’t pay by phone or online…how can you run a business this way? There is no way we are accepting a late payment charge…when will this be resolved?

@virginmedia tried to pay you all week on line and via the app and by telephone still the same so once again enlighten me on how I’m supposed to pay ? I guess nothing been done about it all week . Looks like I’m off to the @CommsOmbudsman no other option have been provided .

@virginmedia @vintage_Mommaa @CommsOmbudsman I am having the same problem, can’t pay online as nothing happens when i press continue, been trying for 24 hours…and your phone system says you currently have a problem…yet you’re telling these folks its working…try it yourselves…it isn’t!

Sorry for our misunderstanding on this point. We would however need to advise that we have since ran through our Quick Pay link to confirm if this is operating to the expected standard and it would appear to be successful. We would therefore advise that you review the card you have saved to ensure that this has not since expired. If this is not the case, you may therefore need to speak to your bank for further assistance. Thanks

@hotelsdotcomuk hi folks, I’m trying to make a booking on my (gold) account. for some reason it’s only offering me apply pay or PayPal as options and not allowing me to choose one of my usual cards which I need to do. Any idea what’s going on?

@LloydsBank hi there, we have a Club Lloyds Saver monthly account with you and need to access a PDF of the statement for proof of funds on a house purchase. Can find it on the Club Lloyds account easily, but can’t find it on the Saver account, can you please offer guidance?

@KLM_UK I have tickets for a flight to Rome in March, KLM have cancelled one of the flights. I have applied for a refund and got the frankly pathetic response that it’s denied because ‘we need a confirmation you will not use it’. Why are you illegally withholding my refund?

@Placebob2 @KLM_UK Did so twice, got same excuse both times about needing to confirm you wouldn’t use the ticket. How would I use a cancelled and refunded ticket?!

@SkyHelpTeam nothing working on my system again, this is happening so often utterly unacceptable when paying way over £100 per month for a full package…system froze, tried rebooting twice, took 10 mins still lost mini boxes and won’t change channel, permanent software glitches

@SkyHelpTeam £121.50 per month and I’m staring at a blank screen, recordings are all failing changing channel takes a full minute to kick in, this is pathetic
