I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. Lots of people have asked how I use Claude Code, so I wanted to show off my setup a bit. My setup might be surprisingly vanilla! Claude Code works great out of the box, so I personally don't customize it much. There is no one correct way to use Claude Code: we intentionally build it in a way that you can use it, customize it, and hack it however you like. Each person on the Claude Code team uses it very differently. So, here goes.

I've been building EventConvo, a platform to find events and conferences that you can attend but MORE IMPORTANTLY it solves a lot of problems for Meetup Organizers, Conference Organizers, Speakers AND Just regular folks going to meetups! I love how much progress has been made since I first spoke about it! Currently built using Next.js, Typescript, Node.js, Appwrite for Auth, Database and Storage, and a few third party libraries that I plan to sponsor on GitHub soon. Saved me a ton of time! The geolocation Algorithms and the Event Recommendation algorithms have been extremely complex but I feel like I am in a good spot with them. I am going to be taking it to another level and implementing some LLM logic into search recommendations as well and I think that is going to take the experience to the next level. What is your biggest pain point with existing event sites when you want to go to meetups or conferences?
