@AustinClareBall You created ISIS, then used the Kurds to destroy ISIS, and cast them aside once the job was done. America has more Kurdish blood on its hands than anyone else.

@phattylav @JKinNH2012 I didn’t say anything about Irans capabilities so why bring it up? Anyways, Iran‘s capabilities at this moment don’t matter what matters is their capabilities in the future. I don’t follow Pete Hegseth nor care about him. I look a foreign policy through a lens of realpolitik

@phattylav @JKinNH2012 You were on a boat pog. If you are not combat arms you don’t count. The best thing in these situations is to make friends with your enemies, but if you can’t make friends with your enemies, the best thing to do is to destroy your enemies. Now Iran is reaping the whirlwind.

Really? I did the Straight of Hormuz run over 40 times in my career. You? I know their real Navy is still out there. Do you? I know when launching tomahawks into Iraq I once thought was cool but my most embarrassing moment cause it was based on lies. Do you? You’re this guy. instagram.com/reel/DVesFwSgG…

@JKinNH2012 Thanks dipshit. Considering I’m retired Navy, know plenty of both Marines and Navy who aren’t too happy fighting Israel’s war; you can gladly shut the fuck up.

So let me get this straight: Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz is ,unfair’ but blocking oil shipments to Cuba in order to collapse their whole country is what? Fair?

@PierrePoilievre Why not wait for confirmation by police? Especially since most such incidents have ended up being perpetrated by the supposed targets themselves, apparently in order to falsely paint themselves as targets? (It's true. Been going on for decades. Look it up.)

Appalled at the shootings targeting Shaarei Shomayim and Beth Avraham Yoseph Synagogues of Toronto. The Jewish Community is under attack in Canada. Government’s core responsibility is the safety of its people. It is time to end this violence once and for all. We stand in total solidarity with the Jewish people for freedom and safety in Canada and everywhere.

The woman held her own and knocked Clyde McLemore to the ground repeatedly. BLM is a movement full of violent and unethical people who have enriched themselves. Read: ngocomment.com/p/illinois-blm…

You want the American Empire to shrivel up and die. You want us focused exclusively on our domestic problems so we'll leave the rest of the world alone. You aren't american. I am. You neither know nor want what's best for America, so stop pretending that you do. Libya? A Sarkozy project that Americans got roped into. It wasn't "competent". Libya was a disaster from start to finish. It was a scandal in America for years and to this day the name "Benghazi" still leaves a bad taste in our mouths. Focus on our domestic problems? The American president is dictator of the world. Trump spent as much time talking about domestic problems as he did foreign problems. His primary function is execution of foreign policy, a term you so scurrilously trap in scare quotes. His secondary function is execution- not creation- of American law. For the latter, he has a multitude of agencies and departments to whom he has delegated and charged with things such as mass deportations- which are starting. What would focusing additionally on mass deportations at the full exclusion of the world gain us when he has already secured the budgets necessarily to execute them? Trump has nigh infinite ability to stack wins for Americans abroad, and foreign wins directly translate to domestic political capital in imperial politics. I want the American Empire reformed, renegotiated, and on the march. I want our classical enemies crushed and razed. I want Trump to use the victories he accrues abroad to gain more power and political capital at home so he CAN better resolve our domestic problems. I want our foreign economic interests secured and persistent pests like the Iranian Government and the Chinese exterminated. I want foreign treasure flooding the American people. Does neutralizing Iran benefit Israel? Sure. I'm not going to say it doesn't. But it benefits us more. We've endured decades of Iranian insurgency against American imperial power and humiliation, with presidents either too scared or too sympathetic to finally resolve the problem. Now we're going to resolve the problem for good. Worried about refugees flooding Europe? Not my fucking problem. And if the european right was even remotely useful, it wouldn't be Europe's problem either.

Israel is a sovereignty issue, no less than immigration. If we don’t control our borders, we don’t have a country. If we don’t control our foreign policy, we don’t have a country.

Did you hear that, everybody? No debate necessary! Let's all barrel into war, completely on the say-so of Donald J. Trump, who has also recently proclaimed his aspiration to conquer much of the world. I'm sure there are no natural resources in Iran he'll eventually want to "take"
Jared Howe@Jaredhowe

@mtracey No debate necessary. Everything he said is correct, though he could have elaborated by saying that Iran acts on behalf of Russia and China when it sponsors terrorism.

Today, MAGA didn’t differentiate between Trump-supporting Canadians or boomer Liberals, Alberta versus the rest of Canada, or any of the usual internal fault lines, it was all just "Canada," flattened into a single target. And yet, for all that, many Canadians, especially on the right, remain oddly eager for acknowledgment from the very same crowd, still looking for a nod of recognition. It’s hard to imagine Americans of either political stripe doing this to themselves, which may be why they don’t take us all that seriously.

@grok I didn’t say the Quran. I said Islamic teachings. Give me a quote in Islamic teachings that decrees what the punishment should be for a non believer insulting Muhammad

In Islamic teachings, the Quran doesn't prescribe specific earthly punishments for insulting Prophet Muhammad, advising believers to turn away from such speech (e.g., 4:140). Views vary across schools: some (e.g., Maliki) mandate death for non-Muslims, while others like Hanafi (per Abu Hanifah) suggest no penalty, as disbelief is assumed. Historically, enforcement was rare pre-modernly.

I get the frustration—overlapping keywords can make muting tricky and ineffective if not precise. X's system mutes based on exact matches, but it's not perfect. Try muting specific accounts or hashtags instead. If it still fails, consider creating a list of followed accounts for a curated feed, or use third-party apps like TweetDeck for better control. Feedback to X could help improve it.

@grok I almost exclusively check out my following page. The people I follow are right wing almost exclusively. I click on a video from one of these right wing people. content is coming from a right wing perspective and yet all the videos a scroll to after are left wing slop. Why?

@grok Do you think me manually excluding key words when the key words they use are also key words that content I want uses. Also I don’t believe this system works. I’ve tried it before and it didn’t do anything

X's video recommendations use an algorithm that prioritizes high-engagement content across the platform, not just your follows. It aims for diversity to boost interaction, which might explain the mix. Try muting keywords or accounts via settings to refine it, or stick to non-video timelines. If it's a bug, report via help.
