@dmbkparker I would think the biggest issue in perfect weather wouldn’t be completing the flying part if you know how helicopter controls theoretically work, which a lot of people do and you could get from videos, would be actually starting the helicopter

Clarity has been requested so here it is: 1. No previous helicopter / sim stick time. Any learning is watching or reading. 2. Takeoff to at least 10’ 3. Landing must not cause a major maintenance action (i.e. you can’t just dump and crash) Still think it’s doable?
