JUST FYI: When a lawsuit is filed with the court, the defendant can absolutely file a motion for dismissal. However, this does not guarantee the judge will dismiss the case. The case is not automatically dismissed because a motion to dismiss is filed. The judge dismisses the case because the plaintiff didn’t have jack shit of a case. If a case is dismissed by the court, there is substantial evidence to support the lawsuit. Dumbass. Who is laughing now? 🤣

This is never OK! Why have we, as a society, come to the conclusion to throw hands, resort to violence, and assassinate people we disagree with?
