@CajunSunsets @SavLovesSwift Yea, 1.5 hrs depends on your prep system. I worked for a company that sliced them every night before close and the 6am prep team breads them all in 20 min. Lots of ways to be creative with labor & stay fresh. These companies are just trash.

@RocNation69 @SavLovesSwift I 100% agree with you, except for the 1 cook in 1.5 hours thing. That’s entirely dependent on how busy you are, how many mozz sticks you’re going thru, etc. It’s all about if the owner wants to pay for the labor or not. IMO, it gives you a better reputation = more revenue.

I know this is the result of massive corporations like Sysco buying out smaller food suppliers but I hate this SO MUCH. Not to mention these are terrible 😭

@CajunSunsets @SavLovesSwift Exactly. Plenty of middle teir casual chains bread their own mozz sticks & tendies. If your business doesn't do that, you are choosing not to invest in the prep/labor. Which isn't that much, 1 cook can prep 2 days of mozzarella sticks in under 1.5 hours
