she's gotten it wrong. first of all, unless you're self employed, you are only paying 6.2%. secondly, only the first $184k in income is taxed. it's not like the millionaire is paying 2.2% of their total income. if that were the case, they'd be paying 10x more than the limit. she's being very deceitful and she knows it.
