Se inventaron el término "inquiokupas" para criminalizar a los deudores de BUENA FE, termino correcto para referirse a los inquilinos que dejan de pagar porque no pueden afrontar los pagos (pero pagaron religiosamente el alquiler mientras pudieron). Esto invisibilizaba, al mismo tiempo, los abusos en las subidas por parte de los rentistas. Un lavado de imagen de los que explotan monetariamente a los más débiles. Por cierto, también se inventaron la "K" en Okupa e Inquiokupa para demonizar a un movimiento político anarquista y social muy poderoso en los 90' y 00', ahora indiferenciado de delincuentes comunes, narcos, personas con problemas de diferente índole (mentales/económicos/de integración) pero, sobre todo, que no tienen una articulación colectiva sino solo mecanismos individuales de supervivencia.

@Rodrigo_Vaederi @alejperez_ Cuanto más riesgo corres al poner tu casa en alquiler más caras son y menos oferta hay. Es de primero de economía. Cuánto más restricciones pones a la construcción menos oferta hay y más precio . Pero no os acaba de entrar en la cabeza.

@alejperez_ Si no puede afrontar los pagos del alquiler lo que tienes que hacer es irte, y si no te vas lo que tiene qie hacer el estado es sacarte. Eso es básico para que el mercado de alquiler pueda funcionar. Por eso en España está como está.
