Don’t know abt other cities but Uber is not working in Pune. You may book a ride, accept their fare but the cab just won’t come. On top of it pricing is completely broken with app showing some price & drivers demanding something else. Pls suggest a good cab booking app.

Dear @Uber, Your App shows different price but the driver demanded extra for the AC/non Ac charges per kilometers. If it's the case then please add charges already in the app. Faced issue at pune. Cancelled one ride but 2nd one demands same.

@nick_redkar Ask them beforehand, before coming to you pick up point. 100% chances that they will ask by meter .

@Roger18Goat After entering the PIN, they demand meter fare or extra charges. Completely unethical, and zero action from authorities on auto/cab lobbies.

@nick_redkar Let them cancel the ride next on , book different ride . They can cancel only once in a day.

Started giving 1⭐ to every driver who pulls this “meter se chalo / extra do” stunt. Only way to push back now.

@UberIN_Support We take your service and we pay for that, thanks for that, but some drivers (90% in Pune )are taking your services wrongly, asking for extra cash always, I shown you proof many times.I request you to take action against them or just remove auto from Uber app, that’s good for all.
