@SW_Help @SW_Railway @swtrains_watch 4th consecutive day of cancellations and delays on the 07:57 and 08:09 services from Stoneleigh to Clapham Junction and now the delayed 08:27 from Stoneleigh is moving very slow. What reasons can you possibly give for daily cancellations?

@SW_Help @SW_Railway Hi JM appreciate it's not your fault but at least tell the truth about why you cancel these trains so frequently. I had a meeting with Steve Tyler, Performance and Planning Director as part of your meet the managers event and he told me the real reason.

@RohaanAhmad @SW_Railway Hi Rohaan, unfortunately the 08:09 was altered to run non-stop from Leatherhead to Raynes Park because of a late running train in front of this one. The 08:27 was cancelled due to a shortage of train crew. I'm sorry for the disruption to your journey this morning. ^JM

@SW_Help @SW_Railway 08:09 and 08:27 from Stoneleigh to Clapham Junction both cancelled. What's the real reason? I don't get how you think its acceptable to cancel two trains back to back when the platform at stoneleigh is packed full of passengers.

@SW_Help @SW_Railway yesterday the 07:40 and 07:57 trains from stoneleigh to Clapham Junction were cancelled. Why was this and don't say it was a faulty train as the Station Manager said that it was not faulty trains. Today the 07:57 and the 08:09 are cancelled. What today?

@SW_Help @SW_Railway This happens almost every week and sometimes a few times a week. I asked one of your staff members at Raynes Park and they said it is because the route these trains are on are considered, and I quote, "low priority" and that's why they are cancelled so often?

@SW_Help @SW_Railway once again you've cancelled both the 08:09 AND the 08:27 trains from Stoneleigh to Clapham Junction. Why do you keep cancelling these trains. You also frequently cancel the 07:57 train from stoneleigh to clapham so clearly there is an issue.

@SW_Help And now you've cancelled the 08:38 from Clapham Junction to Richmond which was also cancelled yesterday as well? What is the excuse for these trains being cancelled?

@RohaanAhmad Hi Rohaan, this service has run fast due to a late running service in front and to avoid knock on delays. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. ^SM

@SW_Help yesterday you cancelled both the 07:57 and 08:09 from Stoneleigh to Clapham Junction and today after getting on the 07:57 train from Stoneleigh the driver told us it will run fast to Waterloo. Why has this happened two days in a row?

@SW_Help @SW_Railway How in any way shape or form does that help me or any of the countless number of passengers who wish to get off at Earlsfield, Clapham Junc or Vauxhall? Why was the previous train running late? Why does this happen everyday? Why does @SW_Railway bring such misery to our lives?

@RohaanAhmad @SW_Railway Hi Rohaan, unfortunately this train was running 10 minutes late due to a late running train ahead of it, so was altered to run non-stop from Raynes Park to London Waterloo to minimise knock on delays. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. ^JM

@SW_Help @SW_Railway 07:57 from stoneleigh to Clapham Junction cancelled without any reason or explanation given yesterday and delayed today without any reason or explanation. Anytime I asked the Station staff they say they don't know why. What is the excuse this time?
