@girldrawsghosts I'm not participating because I can't, not because I don't want to. I would VERY MUCH like to own and not rent, to have a home to care for and share with my friends/family, but zoning laws and prices make this all impossible. But sure. It's the young folks being fatalistic.

Whether YOU think I'm a man or not doesn't really matter, because medical science definitely does in this area. I can't be treated according to the model for cis women because I'm not a cis woman. Y'all knot yourself up in hate so much you forget basic facts.

I'm a trans man. By legal and medical measures, I'm considered Not A Woman because of the changes to my body due to medical treatment. Men can have endometriosis. And how these conditions affect a trans body are often understudied, and overlooked, to our great suffering.

@GCApologists Just... consider your motives. Because right now I see a lot of wounded trans people lashing out at one another for no good reason. I'm not interested in another round of clawing at one another until we're all bloody and exhausted, and in the same place we started.

@CampbellX EXACTLY. When I was seen as a woman, I was expected to comfort the men in my life. Now being seen as a man, I'm expected to turn to the women in my life for comfort, because men "don't do that". It basically conditions men to be lonely unless a woman's around.
