Q1 is soft, Q4 is the best, but the soft Q has done better than the strongest Q for #mastek on operating rev. basis. You will not have other operational metrics doing better that Q4 for obv reasons but a good sign.

There is corruption in almost everything: taxes, roads, rail, UPSC, politics, exams. Most of us have no option. So we accept our fate. And, get used to it.

(1/n) @AnanyaKotia and I had our 1st date 16 yrs ago this month, at a baoli hidden in plain sight amidst CP’s chaos. A bit like our love story, blooming right under everyone’s noses but forced into hiding by hateful times. We were so scared, we didn’t even take a photo together🧵

As a mohs micrographic surgeon, when I do surgeries on the ear for skin cancer, as soon as you breach the dermis with the scalpel, the bleeding is significant. There are two small arteries in the superior helix of the ear that will bleed 🩸 profusely. The bullet hit the antihelix and likely pierced cartilage completely with a through and through injury causing the amount of blood seen on this photo. #trump Feel free to Share to raise awareness on why he bled so much.

@sahilbhadviya @EquityInsightss I disagree. Being from this industry, you typically appoint a GC who has preferred suppliers and vendors with decades of experience. Hard to crack the industry. The cost of equipment like water purification is 0.1% of Total cost of fab construction. Who will risk it?

Semiconductors The Indian Semiconductor market is expected to grow 20-25 % over the next 10 years. Allied sectors will benefit from the semiconductor ecosystem. The first major fab in India is being set up by Tata Electronics in Gujarat. Key companies in this area include Kaynes Technology, CG Power, HCL Tech, SPEL Semiconductor. Semiconductor manufacturing processes require high-purity gases and water, which are the second-biggest material expenditure after silicon. Linde India, Everest Kanto, Aeroflex Industries, Inox India, and VA Tech Wabag could be the key suppliers to semiconductor companies. Valuations must be checked independently; most of them are very expensive. Source: MoneyControl

At what age your mother boarded her first ever flight? At what age you boarded your first ever fight? Add the two. And you will get a socio-economic marker. Generational rich score <10 (If no flights yet, assume age to be 60)

@kapsology @Olacabs People like him, they want their workforce to work 7 days only to make him rich. He launched a beta product in the name of a scooter which looks like a penguin. It's not a scooter but a mobile phone on 2 wheels. Testing was done by people who caught fire while driving.

$NVDA is truly set out to transform the way compute & inference will be consumed in the future. Today, everyone with deep pockets & land intends to build a DC. Those with tech capabilities mainly co-locate and create compute services through NVDA infra. However, this won't remain the same in future. NVDA has already introduced NIM inference microservices available on subscription. W/ it, even companies that do not upgraded hardware infra can run advanced inference on same old hardware. Companies who are currently focused on training (compute) are the primary creators of AI workload. Enterprise workload is a separate topic. With pre-trained, domain specific models being available through series of services (even Bedrock offers this), it will be interesting to see how much current nature of compute do we really need as the technology evolves. Compute will be needed for sure but its nature & the way it's consumed is changing real fast. Companies doing capex in this space will have to be so agile that they need to change their positioning quickly as the industry changes and my view is that it is not possible for everyone to keep the pace with NVDA. If you are keen in DC as a sector - just know this: 1. A lot of future is built in prices 2. A lot of proxies of proxies have got good business but sustainability of that is under major question 3. Not all proxies will have a recurring revenue 4. OEMs are developing their own cooling & efficiency mechanisms so don't try to force a proxy here 5. The power & power value chain remain the single largest proxy of this entire story that can continue to command premium and with it a lot of power proxies(electro-mechanical) 6. Any proxy that's relevant for core workload will command premium, anything that's in redundancy building will have one off sales and that's it. 7. As capacity builds but fast many pockets will be back to being treated as a commodity 8. Don't watch those YT videos from content creators, they can tag any stock as a DC stock. And sorry for a long post, couldn't help it 😅

After Azure exit last month, we’ve now fully exited google maps. We used to spend ₹100 cr a year but we’ve made that 0 this month by moving completely to our in house Ola maps! Check your Ola app and update if needed 😉 Also, Ola maps API available on @Krutrim cloud! Many more features coming soon - street view, NERFs, indoor images, 3D maps, drone maps etc!

Is this just a wrapper over Mappl (MapMyIndia) ? Or is it a wrapper over MapBox? Or is it a wrapper over Here Maps? My money is on MapBox, but the jingoistic crowd would have been happier if it is was Mappl.

You can’t go home again. The Colorado of my youth was a majority White, conservative state with a few Mexicans. The rest of America poked fun at us claiming that we were an unsophisticated “cowboy” state. Years have passed, and that Colorado is gone. Now Denver looks like what you would expect if you moved Calcutta to Mexico. A horde of obese brown people chattering in Spanish amongst dim witted illegals from Africa smoking dope on the streets. Psychotic and filthy bums scream at the sky. Housing is unaffordable. Crime is skyrocketing. The governor is a Democrat homosexual that opposes Christianity. On the local TV morning news a blonde woman, sitting next to a black anchor, is breathlessly warning us about the dangers of Trump.

@atulbonte @itsnitinverma None. India doesn't have any semi companies yet. I have invested in US/EU e.g., TSMC, ASML. It's easy to say XYZ companies will provide chemicals, water purification etc. But hard to get qualified - there's a tonne of Japanese and American monopolies at each value chain step

Transformers & Rectifiers India (TRIL) Valuations Analysis of TRIL Why it looks very expensive ? Mcap ~ 12,000 Cr (CMP 800) Q4FY24 - REV : 513 Cr - OP : 72 Cr (14 %) - PAT : 42 Cr (8 %) Revenue Guidance: - FY24: 1291 Cr - FY25: 2000 Cr (🔼55 %) - FY27: 5000 Cr (Guiding For Over 50 % CAGR) EBITDA Margins: 14-15 % For FY25 - E REV : 2000 Cr - E OP : 280 Cr - E PAT : 160-200 Cr Even if It does 200 Cr PAT, Trading ~ 60 P/E FY25 basis, priced at perfection Trading at Fwd 30 P/E on FY27 basis Very expensive in my view Fresh positions must be avoided, Below 6000 Cr Mcap can be a good entry point So many opportunities available at a better valuation. #TRIL

Transformers & Rectifiers India (TRIL) - Management Interview🟢 Revenue Guidance: - FY24: 1291 Cr - FY25: 2000 Cr - FY27: 5000 Cr EBITDA Margins: 14-15% QIP: 500 Cr raised at ₹665 per share - Capex (360-400 Cr) - Debt reduction - Working Capital - The funds will be used for organic growth in renewable energies, solar transformers, and transformers for green hydrogen, as well as for inorganic opportunities. - Unexecuted order book currently stands at 2582 Cr. - Order inflows of 2050 Cr as of March 2024. - The company aims to execute the orders within 9 to 18 months. - Exports have risen by 117% YoY, and their contribution to revenue is now at 11%. - The goal is to increase the export share from 11% to 20-25% in the long term (by FY27). - Solar transformers and electric arc furnace transformers are more margin-accretive. - The company aims to reduce its working capital days from 65-70 days to 45 days by FY25. Valuations are extremely rich; a lot of future growth is already baked into the price. Any significant dip can be a great opportunity. #TRIL
