I have placed a request for issue of my new debit card in March 24 2022 and it's 12-8-22 now and it's not being delivered yet the branch official are also not responding for any thing @pnbindia

Dear @pnbindia, it's been 2 days that I'm facing server bank issues and this is not the first time. Not able to use any UPI app or make any transaction. Even i can't check my account balance. Would your please upgrade your servers or should i choose another bank?

Hello @pnbindia how long a customer has to wait for getting debit card, internet banking Service, after opening an account at your branch?
It's been almost three months of account opening but my wife still has not got any Debit Card & internet banking KIT.even visiting the branch

I made payment 11000 on fastag recharge. Neither i got service nor my money returned. Nobody helping me. What is the use of digital transaction if this type of mental harassment is done by u all. I need my money back
