He might not be perfect, but….
Mark Carney is an adult, in a world run by an immature bully
He’s brave in a world of of cowards
He’s smart in a world of incompetents.
I am deeply appalled and angry to see “Firework” used on the @WhiteHouse TikTok account as a backing track for video footage of military strikes. I did not approve this, I was not asked, and I absolutely do not condone it.
I wrote this song to be an anthem of hope, healing, and inner strength for people going through their darkest personal moments. To see a message of self-worth and upliftment weaponized to soundtrack destruction and violence is a complete violation of everything my song stands for.
My music is for bringing people together, not celebrating warfare.
🚨 JUST IN: President Trump announces Canada has DISINVITED the US from the grand opening of the Gordie Howe Bridge, but he DOESN'T CARE because Trump got them to pay tariffs and 50% of the profit anyway
Legend 🤣🤣
"Canada disinvited the United States of America to the opening of the Gordie Howe Bridge, which is fine, considering they are paying substantial TARIFFS to the United States, but the original Deal on the Bridge, which was terribly negotiated by a previous Administration, no longer stands. We changed the terms of the Deal so that the United States of America now gets 50% of the Profit. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP"
This is going to be a Massive escalation 🔥
🇺🇸Trump: "50% more tariffs on Canada. Cars, booze, dairy, wine, hockey sticks, cement. Pay up."
🇨🇦Carney: "We’re ready. We don’t care about Trump. Illegal tariffs won’t stop us. We’re doubling exports outside the US. Time to move on. We’ll protect our workers." 🔥🔥
Basically, Canada is DITCHING Trump 💪
Canada PM Mark Carney is now become most popular leader in Canada due to his spine 💪
@CultusPater@Tablesalt13 Why can’t we have that? Just tariff free both ways. I would like to see the border controls removed and 100% cooperation between law enforcement and military. Why do we have problems? We shouldn’t.
@Tablesalt13 He's 100% correct. But tariff-free access means Canada needs to drop all its tariffs on the US, some going back many decades. Canada needs to get it through their thick skull that there is no way out for Canada unless they negotiate, and that means some capitulation to the US.
‼️CATASTROPHIC
One of Canada's top business minds sounds the alarm on the state of USMCA negotiations
says we are on the verge of losing our ENTIRE auto industry.
@JayGenXer In 2 years the next President, probably a Democrat idiot will pay for the whole bridge, let you have all the revenue and apologize like a twat. You’re good I guarantee
Mark Carney sold himself as the master negotiator who was going to handle Trump, attract big investment, and get things built at “unimaginable speeds.”
Here’s what actually happened:
The UAE showed up with **$70 billion** ready to invest in Canada and create jobs. Carney’s own Major Projects Office turned them away. No shovel-ready projects. Just more bureaucracy and excuses.
Then he went and gave away half the toll revenue on the Gordie Howe Bridge — a bridge **Canadians paid $6.4 billion** to build. The original deal was Canada keeps the money until we’re made whole. Carney caved and handed the Americans 50% plus veto power on tolls.
This is the same guy who stood on stage with hard hats behind him promising he was the only one who could deliver.
He’s not delivering.
He’s blocking investment and giving away Canadian assets.
This is what “Canada Strong” looks like under Mark Carney.

Today, I convened the Incident Response Group to discuss the escalating wildfire situation across our country.
As extreme heat waves and record-breaking dry conditions are creating one of the most intense wildfire seasons in Canadian history, we are mobilising more than 5,300 firefighters and nearly 300 waterbombers, helicopters, and evacuation aircraft to contain, control, and mitigate the fires.
Our government will continue to work closely with provincial, territorial, and Indigenous partners to support affected communities and deploy every resource needed to keep Canadians safe.
We are bigger, stronger, and more prosperous when we are united.
Today, I spoke with the Premiers to discuss the latest in a series of unilateral United States trade actions.
Canada will work relentlessly and take any measures necessary to build our strength at home and to support Canadian workers, farmers, businesses, and families.
"With more tariffs hitting Canada, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: there is no trade war to win. “Elbows up” won’t work. You cannot outmuscle a country that represents roughly a quarter of the global economy. You need to work with it—even if you despise its leader. Mexico chose engagement and is now in a better position because of it.
As for Canada, we chose pain."
What you are watching is a man who is fooling Canadians with his endless “Canadians look after each other & buy Canadian” rhetoric. It’s been 14 months of this. The same “economy is stronger” “fastest in the G7” “diversifying trade”
Meanwhile the economy is stagnant, we have record insolvency’s, zero small business growth, food costs keep going up, companies are leaving & investment in existing Companies in Canada is non existent.
Has your life improved under Carney & his constant drum beat of “Canada strong”? Not many have.
This is the captain of a sinking ship and instead of just him going down with it, he’s taking all of us with him.
🚨 JUST IN: In a jaw-dropping development, the Iranian regime releases the explosive first statement from new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei:
● Strait of Hormuz: SHUT DOWN FOREVER until the US begs.
● We will NOT ignore the blood of our martyrs!
● We are not an enemy of the countries around us
● Only targeting American bases.. but bombs are raining on your neighbors anyway.
● Close ALL US bases in the region, or we attack them ALL.
● Calls for total Iranian unity
Canada has committed more than $200 billion to climate action.
In 2023 alone, wildfires released more than four times Canada’s annual fossil-fuel carbon emissions.
We could have managed our forests and protected our carbon sinks.
Instead, we got smoke.
I am totally done with Trump and the US,
He can tariff the shit out of us, however that will never make me buy a bottle of booze from the US, I will never buy dairy or their cars. I am all in for a expanded boycott of US products.
Trump is a thug not an ally !
Last straw for me.
America and Canada should just part ways. Canadians clearly have a different view for the future than Americans.
Rather than arguing, and rather than doing business with countries having values that neither of us support, we should divorce.
Shut the border down. Stop any kind of aid / defense. Let each country go their own separate way. Rather than argue how important each country is… just DIVORCE.
We can revisit on 3 or 4 years to see if positions have changed.
80% of Canadian lumber goes to the USA
the USA just imposed another 50% tariff on this $14 billion industry.
The bloodshed is going to be unimaginable.
This industry is basically dead in 30 days time.
@DemocratSerena2 His constant dividing of the people, his destruction of our healthcare. His discriminant bombing of innocent civilians.
His feckless, immoral approach to the position of President
