They literally could have said "keep our children here in the foster system so they can keep getting medical treatment" and chose to take their child.

Of course they don't get that opportunity, they're illegals being deported through expedited deportation orders. They were asked to prove they're citizens, they were asked if they want to take their kid or leave them in foster care. What more do you want? That's all an illegal immigrant deserves and is entitled to.
