Crime stats, welfare costs, and cultural erosion aren’t ‘far-right myths’; Europe’s own governments document them. Rampant, low-skilled migration at this scale is killing social cohesion, public safety, and the continent’s future. So ~12% of Alberta’s land mass, including some of the most valuable and strategically important in the province. The total value would be in the tens of billions of dollars.
