@JJ_McCullough From this article in the NyTimes, which said that this tape was shown Dec. 10/11 of 1998 by David Schippers. Looked that up on CSPAN and I think it's it.

Bill Clinton denied his affair with Monica Lewinsky under oath in a recorded deposition taped Jan. 17, 1998. He was impeached over it by the House of Representatives, as you may recall. Yet it's impossible to find ANY footage of it online. Only different August testimony.
