@Wawa I used the mobile app promo for the 3 monster for $8 but I never received the promo. There were no restrictions for which type of monster. I was charged full price for the third.

@creditkarma my card was hacked but I tried contacting customer service but could not reach anyone.

@SeaWorld on the phone over 150 minutes to resolve nothing! Purchased tickets to use tomorrow but customer service could not help me at all. Not renewing my season pass holder account!

@GEICO why is it when I called to get a quote for my son and declined it. All of sudden he added to my policy without my approval and had to pay$900 but he driving any vehicle! Doesn’t make sense! #why #notright

@Jeep my car is a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with only 61,200 miles and it has been maintain since. Took in to get it checked out but the dealer is charging me $8k for a new engine, battery and coolant hose replacement. Why so much money? Almost half the cost of the vehicle! #why

@kbhome so our warranty rep has not contacted us because they changed them multiple times! Still have an outstanding issue and no one has come to solve it! This is horrendous customer service!

@UGG been waiting for my exchange going on over 20 days! Called customer service and keep on getting hung up! Text service is a joke! Can I just get a refund since I have been stuck in this process since December!
