Your brain has a circuit that doesn't know you live in a city. Its only job is to monitor whether birds are still singing. Right now, in this room, it is on. The circuit predates primates. Mammals have been using ambient soundscape continuity as a predator-detection system for roughly 200 million years. Birds stop singing when something larger moves through their territory. For most of mammalian history, a forest full of song meant no large predator was nearby, and the cessation of sound was the warning. Your nervous system never updated this software. The Max Planck Institute tested the inverse in 2022 with 295 participants. Six minutes of birdsong dropped anxiety with a medium effect size. Six minutes of traffic noise raised depression with the same. The effect worked on subjects who lived in dense urban environments and had no regular contact with nature. The brain still ran the check. Birdsong sits in the 1,000 to 8,000 Hz range. Your brainstem reads continuous patterns in that band as a signal that nothing dangerous is currently moving through the environment. EEG data shows birdsong at 45 to 50 decibels boosts alpha wave activity by 14.1% relative to silence. Alpha is the brainwave signature of relaxed alertness. Push the same birdsong above 60 decibels and the response flips. Stress markers rise 29%. The circuit only trusts the signal at the volume of quiet conversation, which is exactly the volume birds sing at from a typical distance. Three things happen simultaneously when the brain registers ambient safety. The amygdala downregulates. The parasympathetic nervous system takes over from the sympathetic. Heart rate variability rises, cortisol drops. The posterior cingulate cortex, which sits at the center of the rumination circuit, quiets down. King's College London tracked this through a smartphone study with over 1,200 participants and found the mood lift lasted hours after the sound stopped. People diagnosed with depression got the same response as healthy controls. Most of what gets labeled mental fatigue is hypervigilance running in the background. Birdsong tells the circuit it can stand down, and the brain reallocates the freed compute everywhere else. A quiet park feels different from a quiet office because the parks have sentinels.

Actually this is bullshit and continues the myth of a two party system. Republicans weren’t hunted during the Biden administration. They hunted patriots. They hunted parents. They targeted stay at home moms. THIS ISN’T ABOUT FUCKING POLITICAL PARTIES and it never has been. It’s republicans currently refusing to secure our elections, confirm Trump’s appointees and it was fucking republicans that voted to keep ObamaCare. I’m sick of you and everyone else pretending we have two parties. WE DO NOT!!! We have American patriots that have pledged their lives to defend our country and evil bastards trying to destroy our country. Pick a side.

This scandal is directly linked to the Marc Dutroux scandal and Operation Gladio. Dutroux himself repeatedly claimed he was a “low-level” operative in a much larger, organized network. His testimony regarding Michel Nihoul and the alleged involvement of police and elite figures aligns with concerns about high-level child exploitation rings that operate with impunity. These pedophile rings were used for blackmail purposes as well and operated with the knowledge of government officials. The public response, culminating in the 1996 White March, was a reaction to the realization that the state was not merely incompetent, but actively covering up for a pedophile ring that had institutional protection.

⚠️ATTENTION⚠️ It is crucial that everyone watches this documentary about the discovery of CD-ROMs in Zandvoort, Netherlands in 1998, containing thousands of files of children and babies being raped, tortured, and murdered. This will help you understand what the pedophile and degenerate elite who govern us are hiding from us. This discovery was unexpected, and subsequently, the judicial systems of many countries, starting with Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, silenced and covered everything up, even going so far as to murder some people involved. 📢 PLEASE SHARE WIDELY. EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW.

Chemical compound has been picked up in Oklahoma’s air, marking the first time in North America. "Medium-chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs) have been detected for the first time in North America" and they're guessing it's due to manufacturing and/or farm fertilizer on fields. (It's Oklahoma, not a mecca.) No mention of the shit they're *actually* spraying into the air from planes, of course 🙄 news9.com/oklahoma-city-…

I won't be buying any new vehicle with this 4th Amendment Commie AI feature. Republicans voted for this too...Uniparty at its worst. I look forward to a SCOTUS ruling on this anti-American tech soon. This is why Congress has a favorability rating lower than used toilet paper.

You want to know why our entire university system is fucked up? Look no further than the The National Security Education Act (NSEA) of 1991/1992. Yes, notice the dates: George (CIA) Bush Sr. The Intelligence Authorization Act for 1992 (which included the National Security Education Act) was designed to leverage the higher education system for national security purposes. The NSEA was designed to provide federal grants, scholarships, and fellowships specifically to students and faculty willing to pursue studies in languages, regions, and fields deemed “critical” to national security. By creating a direct pipeline between federal funding and academic research in “area studies” (particularly in the Middle East, Eurasia, and East Asia), the government ensured that the academic output and the human capital (students) of universities were aligned with the operational requirements of the CIA, the NSA, and the Department of Defense. This effectively ended the era of “academic resistance” that characterized the post-Vietnam period and re-established the university as a primary engine for the intelligence state. Recruitment for the CIA on campus is now a standard, formalized process. The CIA maintains “Intelligence Community Centers for Academic Excellence” at various universities. It is not merely a matter of a recruiter setting up a table in a student union; it is now deeply integrated into the career-planning offices of elite universities. The exchange is simple: the intelligence community provides funding, security clearances, and career paths, and in return, the universities provide the agency with graduates prepared for the “managerial” and “operational” requirements of the administrative state. Universities are the CIA. Just research the amount of money given to them by USAID. They are a CIA incubator.

The Anglo-Saxons liked to give their daughters names ending in wynn, which was an archaic word for joy. Here were the most common ones: 1. Elfwyn (“elf joy”) 2. Wulfwyn (“wolf joy”) 3. Léofwyn (“beloved joy”) 4. Æðelwyn (“noble joy”) 5. Beornwyn (“bear joy”) 6. Déorwyn (“dear joy”) 7. Óswyn (“god joy”) 8. Berhtwyn (“bright joy”) 9. Sigewyn (“victory joy”) 10. Merewyn (“sea joy”)

Automobile kill-switches are coming soon to car dealerships near you. I teamed up w/ Scott Perry & Chip Roy to defund this Orwellian mandate, but too many colleagues (Republican & Democrat) voted against us, so the federal mandate for every new car after 2026 is still in place.
Thomas Massie@RepThomasMassie

Federal law says new cars after 2026 must monitor drivers and shut down if the car disapproves. Your dashboard should not be judge, jury, and executioner. @RepScottPerry @RepChipRoy offered an amendment to defund the automobile kill switch mandate. Here’s our debate:

The Mandela Effect. It's called depatterning. It is part of psychological warfare/MKUltra. The whole first part of the process was destabilizing a person from trusting their personality, their vision, their common sense, and ultimately their own memories. Once people get to this point they can be programmed. Why do you think they call it tv 'programming'? Why do the big tech bros need so much personal data on you? To custom tailor the digital 'Truman Show' universe you live in, to control your view of reality... THAT is your program. The only problem; if the subjects know the process is happening... what it's doing to their psyche, then it stops having its intended effect. If a lie become obvious it creates 'dissonance'. That dissonance breaks 'the spell'. So, [they] come up with scifi narratives like the "Mandela Effect"... to mask the dissonance as 'something else'. This keeps their brainwashing subjects in the dark, and continuing to take "the programming".
