60 yo male - post infarction VSD, papillary muscle rupture, severe MR. Initially stabilized on ECMO - later CABG, mech MVR & temporary RVAD. Discharged after 90 days in hospital @RootGal210 #echofirst

@RootGal210 @AWBeckMD This works very well. We’ve done about 15. I’m never going back. We did TBE to the LSA prior to cover the aorta day prior. Then robotic stapling next day followed by the transposition. The artery can be dissected well into the neck to make this a very simple procedure.

The Kommeral diverticulum and aberrant right subclavian artery. Divided in the chest using the #Robot and brought up out the neck incision for carotid subclavian transposition
