Havertz must start the remaining games of the season if he’s fit enough. Gyökeres is still a liability in general play and doesn’t do near enough in the box. Hugely reduces our ability to go long and cross the ball into the area.

If we can’t patch Timber up for the final I wonder if Calafiori starts at right-back. Seem to remember him playing there and playing well against PSG in the league phase last season.

In the first 22mins, Arsenal had 9 shots, after that, they had 1 shot. This reminds me of what one of my coaches use to say whenever we played against a weaker opponent. He would say “The opponent will respect you for the first 5 or 10 or 15mins, after that, the game becomes almost even. So make sure you score early, else the game becomes difficult.”

That West Ham goal is an obvious foul on Raya. Very clear foul but the reason everyone is furious is because that was exactly what Arsenal have been doing since the season started! And it was never cancelled. If it’s a foul now then it should’ve been a foul all along. People just want consistency!!! It’s obvious the FA wants Arsenal to win the league now, it’s the story that sells more. “After 20+ years they won the league bla bla bla…”

And then there’s the foul from Rice that arguably started before the arm on Raya. This impacts not only the title but potentially a relegation costing north of £100m. Zero consistency, zero need. @Shu7e @MoArsenal86 Yes, PSG are a great side overall. But this is not a two-legged tie that we need to go out at some point to get a goal. So, there won't be transition for PSG to make use of. Arsenal will line up in Mid and Low blocks, if they can break them down good luck.

Nobody in the World matches up better with PSG than Arsenal. The way we control the mid-block and make spaces disappear forces them to adapt to us - the game will be played on our terms. BUT - they have better individual quality in attack. 50/50 game. Excited and nervous.
