A warning to every content creator when our update for @OpHarshDoorstop drops. If you have taken over $10,000 USD in payments from studios we compete with in the last 12 months and you don’t disclose that in any “review” you create about our game, then you and I will have legal problems. You aren’t an “independent journalist” you are a paid contractor for our competitor, and I’m tired of watching you all get paid off to do hit pieces on games that don’t fork cash over to you. I will post more warnings clarifying this as we get closer to the release date… but TL:DR if you’re just going to post fake content attacking games that don’t pay you off, then quite frankly I don’t want you covering our game at all. I know this might come as a shock to many of you who are used to community managers being paid off to stroke your ego and beg you for coverage, but you’ll find out very quickly that we don’t operate that way. Every single person who retweets this will receive a Steam key to our launch playtest, I want to figure out which of you all are the good ones. I don’t want fake people in my corner.

The only thing I’m going to say that’s somewhat political but kind of isn’t is this: If you live in a red state, contact your representatives about the National Weather Service. Let them know how valuable they are to your communities in times of disaster.

FATALITY ACCIDENT Police are working a fatality accident at FM 1960 and IH 45 on FM 1960. The Houston Police department had a pursuit and one of the vehicles being chased struck a 19 year old on a motorcycle killing him. Please avoid the area investigation underway.

Starting January 19th, @TxDOTHouston will close the following two bridges for reconstruction. The bridge on CR 89 at North Fork Mary's Creek and the bridge on CR 144 at American Canal. Detour signs will be in place. @COPearland
