@bestillmysoul83 @WallStreetApes 100%. The military is famous (infamous) for this. Happens in every branch. Shops really on the few hard workers to get the job done. Rarely are these hard workers rewarded for pulling the lion’s share of the load. Most get burnt out before they even get close to retirement
