It started with protest graffiti vandalizing Columbus park, then a "fight club" followed suit on sidewalk ads, now this billionaire company tags #Chinatown to draw away business. @311 @dot its time to issue fines for this.

93 Baxter is not the location for a nightclub, a new restaurant with interesting fare is always welcome, and fusion / diversity is what makes NYC a great City. BUT there's no restaurant activity going on at 12:AM to 4:AM at Papatzul.

@NYPDPC it's frustrating but we can not "try" an incident on the curb make the arrest and leave it to courts and DA's. An assault is an assault not harassment
