Today, together with Maama Janet, we concluded our rallies in Karamoja by presenting the NRM Manifesto 2026–2031 to the people of Napak. I thank all Ugandans, especially the people of Karamoja, for the strong support and confidence you continue to show in us.
Our priorities remain: first, peace; second, development. We now have roads, electricity, telephones, water and dams across the country. In Napak, 51% of villages have boreholes; this must rise. I have directed the Minister for Karamoja to address disparities across districts.
