Based on this Virginia ruling, the Tennessee and Florida maps should both also be shot down.
If not, Virginia should just pull a Tennessee and change the rules to ram it though the legislature. 🤷♂️

@Jordan_Bianchi After yesterdays move, I’m happy they’re doing this again. I really enjoyed having the cup guys in the booth breaking stuff down last year, though it’s unfortunate they couldn’t get Bell to come do it again
The CW Network will have a Cup Series driver as a guest analyst in the booth in six upcoming O'Reilly Auto Parts Series races: Denny Hamlin (Charlotte), Connor Zilisch (Nashville), Ross Chastain (Pocono), AJ Allmendinger (Sonoma), Kyle Busch (Atlanta) and Bubba Wallace (Indy).
Additionally, these races will have the broadcast booth live at the respective track.
@Greensteinsgate@RealJamesWoods@gmoneymarsha I see what you are referring to, that started under Bush. Petraeus and Odierno came up with it and implemented because Iraq was such a conceptual failure. If anything, Bush, Rumsfeld, and Wolfowitz hold primary responsibility for creating so many terrorists
Obama literally kickstarted ISIS. Congress did too. They sent billions to known al Qaeda affiliated rebels. This was a clear violation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which ironically the left would falsely cite to go after President Trump. Everyone involved should be tried for high crimes.

Today’s indictment of Crooked Comey isn’t about seashells, folks. It’s the thread that, when pulled, will reveal the entire tapestry of treason engineered by this traitor.

@Red_pill_honcho@ChristianHeiens@grok Hey GoRk! Prove this guy wrong. GoRk instead responded with a newer assessment. In 2010, the Republican controlled house voted on this redistricting that already favored them because they wanted that. Dems went along because they had no leverage.
When Republicans were in power, they had a ballot referendum to enshrine Right to Work in the Virginia constitution.
They worded the ballot question like a piece of legislation, with multiple sub-sections specifying what part of the Constitution would be amended under what circumstances. The entire thing looked like it was written by lawyers, for lawyers. No one understood what it was or meant, so even the GOP's own voters voted NO.
When Democrats took power, they literally said on the ballot question that their 10-1 gerrymander plan would "restore fairness".
There should be a lesson for you here. One side is serious about winning at all costs, and the other side honestly doesn't care if they win or lose. They just want to make sure that they lose "legally".
@Timcast Do you think republicans did a good job oppressing democrats in 2010 with this genius map. Was it especially nice of them to not let voters decide? Sic Semper Tyrannis. The people will decide, not fascist tyrants like the ones that fund you
Democrats in Virginia today are voting to strip democracy from the process, eliminating Republican voices from congress
They are fascists and unrepentant
The actions of Texas or any other state are immaterial to the concept of democracy in Virginia
@non_solid_ice@ChristianHeiens@reddit_lies The lesson was correct: don’t gerrymander the state to hell like they did in 2010. The pay window is open and democrats came to collect what was due. Sic Semper Tyrannis
@ChristianHeiens@reddit_lies The lesson is simple. “Cheaters never win” was always a lie. In the real world, the side that cheats and get away with it, will ALWAYS win.
@hebrews1031@ChristianHeiens Did republicans believe their own talking points when they Gerrymandered Virginia in 2010? Because they don’t seem to have much “moral high ground” when they are just as, if not more guilty of it
@ChristianHeiens It’s also important to note they also believe their own talking points. They really do believe they’re the good guys, and the only correct outcome is for the good guys to win, so “restoring fairness” is obviously taking power from the bad guys (us) and giving it to the good guys
@Red_pill_honcho@ChristianHeiens Why did republicans design this map then where they stooped to an unbelievable low and gerrymandered the state to hell? And not only that, they didn’t let their own constituents decide! They just designed this as is and said it’s good cause it helps us only.
@ChristianHeiens Because leftism naturally is deceit and envy. People on the right feel no need to stoop to that level AND they feel a responsibility to be very fair, for all of their constituents. This leads to the right losing since our system is flawed and we don’t play dirty.
@RodRhinoload@ChristianHeiens Man, those darn democrats and their unfair maps grouping voters together in bad maps. Us Republicans would never do such a thing, like putting DC suburbs in the same district as Danville, or splitting Roanoke into 3 districts, or representing half the populous in a few districts!
@ChristianHeiens We don't want to be like Democrats. We want to win fairly. We truly want to help ppl. We want everyone in the usa to win. Of course we want to win but we want to do it with some respect. What has happened to Democrats. They hate the USA and want to destroy it.they hate Americans
NEW: Coaches sound off on College Football Playoff expansion w/ @Clowfb🏆
“16 is the right number, but only in a super-conference structure. You govern yourselves. The NCAA is not involved, and you have your own commissioner.”
