Chelsea is not being fair to Arsenal. After first half they may have concluded that it is time to punish Arsenal by loosing to Man City. You only need to watch the players to see how hard they are working to loose the match. Pathetic

Before You Feel Sorry For Nasir el-Rufai Look at the attached photo very carefully. It is unedited. In case the notoriously short-memory Nigerian public has forgotten, this is what Nasir el-Rufai did to Sheikh Ibrahim el-Zakzaky when he was Governor of Kaduna State for eight unfortunate years between 2015 and 2023. In addition to reducing Sheikh Zakzaky to such a barbaric and pathetic state, 347 Shia Muslim men, women, children, and infants were massacred under Nasir el-Rufai. That was the official figure. The unofficial figure put the death toll at about a thousand! Under Nasir el-Rufai, his critic, Abubakar Idris, was snatched from his house before Salatul Jumu'ah prayers on Friday, August 2, 2019, never to be seen again to this day. He is believed dead! Dadiyata, as Abubakar Idris is (or was) fondly called, left behind at home a wife, Khadija Ahmad Lame, and two young daughters, Hanifa and Fatima, who have been living in trauma since his 2019 abduction under the el-Rufai despotic regime. Nasir el-Rufai arrested multiple journalists and activists for covering him negatively, including: Jacob Onjewu Dickson Segun Onibiyo  Midat Joseph Audu Maikori Audu Maikori had to escape Nigeria for the United States, where I met him, interviewed him, and shuddered in terror at what Nasir el-Rufai did to him. After Nasir el-Rufai was criticised by the Peoples Democratic Party in Kaduna, he demolished a house linked to the official who criticised him on claims that the house hosted a "sex party". I interviewed the owner, Aisha Mercy Yakubu, and she said nothing of such occurring. She was just a victim of Nasir el-Rufai's vendetta! Nasir el-Rufai also demolished the home of his major critic, Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi, the leader of a faction of the Kaduna State All Progressives Congress opposed to him. To further disgrace Senator Hunkuyi, the house was demolished at 2 a.m. Nasir el-Rufai also demolished the house of another critic, Alhaji Inuwa Abdulkadir, then the APC National Vice Chairman (North West), who was strongly critical of el-Rufai and opposed his re-election. This is a man who boasted of paying killer herdsmen. The ordeal of the harrowing experiences of Southern Kaduna Christians under this butcher is another cautionary tale. His hatred for Christians and Christianity is encapsulated in his boast that: 'Even if Pope is my running mate, Christians won’t vote for me.' So, please, Nasir el-Rufai should stop all this grandstanding and falsely accusing the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, of his present condition. The truth is that Nasir el-Rufai is fingered in the alleged theft of ₦423 billion during his tenure by no less a body than the Kaduna State House of Assembly. He is not above the law or above arrest. He should not resist legal arrest or try to blame others for his alleged crimes. It is doubtful that any Governor in the history of Nigeria has arrested more of their critics than Nasir el-Rufai. And because he did it, his guilty conscience makes him think that everybody is like him. No, Nasir, you are not being persecuted. You are being prosecuted! Reno Omokri Gospeller. After exposing him for mentioning only players of Igbo origin in his original post praising Nigerians who played in the 2026 Super Bowl, Peter Obi released another post and finally mentioned the other players that he failed to mention in his first post, including Boye Mafe and Olusegun Oluwatimi. Is that not evidence of a guilty conscience? The question is this: Why did Peter Obi wait until he was criticised before recognising non-Igbo players? Can a man who only acknowledges his kinsmen faithfully, honestly, and patriotically govern a multiracial, multicultural, multiethnic, multiparty, and multi-religious country like Nigeria? @renoomokri I believe in our health institutions, they can also be better. However if that's the case as you have said, why do our elites travel abroad for treatment. You're closer to them, why not tell them to patronize Nigerian hospitals against going abroad for health care?

The Anthony Joshua Story as a Testament of Nigeria's Resilience and Renaissance FYI, Anthony Joshua was not airlifted from Nigeria, as some unpatriotic citizens, and not a few fame-hungry international netizens, claimed. He was taken from the accident scene to a Nigerian hospital within less than an hour, given world-class treatment, and discharged yesterday, Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and is now at home. His speedy recovery and recuperation are proof that Lagos, Nigeria, deserves its reputation as a Centre of Excellence and a global hub for health tourism, with almost 2,000 private healthcare facilities and nearly 400 public clinics and hospitals. And it is not just Anthony Joshua. Please fact-check me: Lagos, Nigeria now attracts thousands of mostly British citizens and residents, and other global visitors, who troop to Nigeria's commercial capital, as part of the reverse medical tourism industry, for their healthcare needs due to shorter waiting times than in the United Kingdom and most other nations, coupled with the affordability of care, and access to long-term, inexpensive outpatient services. Nigeria, and specifically Lagos, is returning to the days when King Faisal of Saudi Arabia received his healthcare in Nigeria in the fifties and sixties. Oh, please, by all means, fact-check me! In recent times, foreigners, such as the American R'nB singer and dancer Jeffrey Daniel of Shalamar and the British journalist Isha Sesay of CNN, have testified that coming to Nigeria for health tourism made the difference in their healthcare journey. I encourage you to Google their stories. Those of you who wanted so desperately for this whole incident to end badly for Nigeria have been disappointed, and more disheartenment awaits you in 2026, as Nigeria continues to soar to greater heights. Especially as the Tax Reform Agenda kicks in today, January 1, 2026, exploding our revenue generation capacity. So continue to milk that content creator monetisation money by shooting negative stories about the Anthony Joshua crash to feed your delusions about Nigeria. Nigeria recorded almost 4% GDP growth last year (2025), and we halved our inflation rate from the start of the year. On New Year's Day, 2025, Nigeria's inflation rate was 24.48%. As we make New Year's Day, 2026, our inflation rate is 14.45%. As long as our economy is growing faster than the economy of the country you live in, the joke is on you! Happy New Year, all the same! I thank God Almighty for this nomination and look forward to serving my fatherland and humanity. I am particularly grateful to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his visionary and exemplary leadership. The President has taught me the meaning of forgiveness and has helped me better understand what patriotism entails. In short, Christlikeness is demonstrated in him. He is the right man, at the right time, for the right job, and deserves the right hand of fellowship from all Nigerians. May God bless you, Mr President, and may Nigeria prosper as an indivisible entity with peace, prosperity, and progress under your able leadership. I thank my parents, Esijolomi and Omerewumi, who moulded me, as a piece of clay they received from God, into what I am today. May God bless Malam Nuhu Ribadu. Although I have said this publicly before, let me repeat it today. If it were possible for all the goodness on Earth to be domiciled in a single human being, that person would be Malam. Finally, I thank my wife, Hana, my yene konjoo, who has been a pillar by my side and helped settle my mind for the three years that enemies of the President made me their foe because of my unalloyed support for the President and unrelenting loyalty to Nigeria. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria! Oritsebemigho Ogbareno Omokri

As a Nigerian, Stand With Nigeria and President Bola Tinubu The sudden spike in terror activities after Peter Obi's Washington, D.C., trip between September 23-25, which led to the rash of genocide claims against Nigeria beginning from September 26, 2025, is not coincidental. These attacks are coordinated and designed to achieve a specific anti-Nigerian objective. These are the same tactics that desperate politicians and their foreign handlers used against President Jonathan to achieve regime change in 2015. We are a very emotional people who often emote rather than reason. But let us calm our excitable nerves for a minute or two and reason. In a study published by Channels Television last year, we observed a decline in terrorist activities in Nigeria. All of a sudden, and seemingly out of nowhere, they just increased in tempo just as local and international actors started a coordinated media campaign against Nigeria? Yes, the natural reaction of most of our people is to lash out, insult, and call for a change in leadership, but let us consult our intellect. Let the thinkers amongst us recall the quote by James Bond creator Ian Fleming, who said: "Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action." After a lull in school abductions for over a year, how can we suddenly have two school abductions, a General killed, a church attacked during a livestream, and police officers attacked or killed? This is too coordinated to be coincidental. This is the playbook that was successfully used in Libya and Sudan. Look at those countries today. The plan is not to make us go the way of Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger; it is to go the whole hog and convert Nigeria into a basket case of sectarian and ethnic fighting. If we allow the experiment to make Nigeria the third in the series, we will certainly regret it. I urge all Nigerians to stand by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and be loyal citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This series of events is too sudden, coordinated, and well-organised to be the result of happenstance. It is time for us to be circumspect with our words and actions and stand by our country in its time of need. These calls for the President to resign now are sponsored by foreign interests and their local puppets. We have an election in fourteen months. If you dislike the current administration or feel that they are responsible for this sudden escalation of insecurity, wait until then and exercise your democratic rights. Reno Omokri Gospeller. My activities yesterday all centred around the significance of Education in human capital development as I visited two unique educational institutions, an upcoming, but promising Divine Rays British School, Obosi and the legendary Dennis Memorial Grammar School, DMGS, Onitsha, all in Anambra State. My first point of call was the young Divine Rays British School, Obosi, welcoming their new students, and the second was the celebrated Denis Memorial Grammar School, DMGS, Onitsha, which was commemorating its centenary. The Divine Rays British School were celebrating the investiture of new students into the academic community. Along with old students, over 1500 pupils, I addressed them, encouraging them to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to excellence. This school holds a special place in my heart as the Principal, Mrs Ezeibeanu Stephanie Ozioma, was among the beneficiaries of the ₦1 million First-Class Graduate Award during my tenure as Governor of Anambra State. Seeing her today, leading an institution that continues to produce some of the nation’s best students and outstanding WAEC results, is inspiring. It is a testament to what happens when we invest in education and empower our young people with opportunities to succeed. From Obosi I went to the DMGS where as Chairman I presided over the Centenary Keynote Event of Dennis Memorial Grammar School (DMGS), Onitsha, as the institution marked 100 years of remarkable existence. The event was graced by the Metropolitan and Primate of All Nigeria, The Most Rev. Henry C. Ndukuba, alongside distinguished alumni and members of the DMGS community. This great institution has, over the past century, produced some of Nigeria’s most outstanding minds, individuals whose achievements have shaped our nation’s history and inspired generations. Among its proud alumni are Prof. Kenneth Dike, the first African and Nigerian Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ibadan; Emmanuel Ifeajuna, the first Black African to win a gold medal at an international sports event; Engr. Emma Egbeoja, the nation’s first petroleum engineer; Prof. Herbert Kodilinye, Nigeria’s first Professor of Ophthalmology and ophthalmologist to the former Queen of England; Prof. Okonjo Iweala, the father of Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Dr Tim Menakaya, former Minister of Health, Chief S N Okeke renowned Quantity Surveyor and former Chairman of Police Service Commission, several Church of Nigeria Archbishops, Bishops, clergies, many others, reflecting the school’s enduring legacy of excellence. I recall vividly the sorry state of the school following government takeover and management from 1970, and as Governor, I made a decisive decision, although I thought it was impossible, to return it, alongside several others, to the missionaries who founded and owned them. Today, seeing DMGS celebrate a century of nurturing exceptional minds gives me immense joy and pride. It reminds us that education remains the foundation upon which every great society is built. We must continue to invest in it. Education remains the most powerful tool for transformation. No nation can rise above the quality of its education. It is through the classroom that we shape minds, build character, and nurture citizens who will one day lead our country with integrity and vision. We must, therefore, continue to strengthen our educational systems and ensure that no child is left behind. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
