The gap is so large, at the moment. Villa were in a different stratosphere to Freiburg tonight. Forest beating the Portuguese champions and the 2nd best team in Turkey despite how poor they’ve been says it all about the difference in level. If my maths is right Villa have spent over EIGHT times more than Freiburg in the last 3 summer windows.

@sports_by_stats Idky ppl atp want Enzo to drop deeper when he’s really good at getting into goal scoring areas. Sure would take advantage of his passing, but also takes away a lot of the things he’s great at.

Because red cards and penalties are mostly magic juju luck dust that swings wildly season to season. Arsenal will concede 5 pens first 8 weeks next year and people will construct a narrative around that.

Chase Reid is the best Defensemen in this draft, has been number 1 on my rankings for a long time, people really only came around to it after the world juniors. He has superstar potential, I think he has all the tools in his game to be top 5-10 dman in the league. #NHL #NHLDraft

I looked at the teams and their contracts for next season. Bourque, Dorofeyev, and Samoskevich are ideal offer-sheet candidates. Jason Robertson, obviously, as well. I’m curious to see how Jim Nill handles that.
