@BenjaminABoyce Every single doctor involved belongs in prison. From the blatant lies in psychiatry, to the harms of the pharmaceutical interventions, to the horror of the mutilation surgeries, this is evil, and obvious. Mengele meets Dahmer.

In the 1950s, orthopedic surgeon Robert Becker discovered that DC electric currents can stimulate bone regeneration. He later warned that electromagnetic fields (EMFs) may disrupt human biology. His work was largely ignored as the technological age accelerated.

@XVG_MD @chriswithans I am sure your H&P skills are fantastic. You "could" do these things, but you "can't" effectively because of law, insurance, logistics. The only person who cares how much you suffered to go through school is your mom.

Just because you cant adequately diagnose someone through a history and physical doesnt mean we all cant. Of course we are more effective and accurate with labs and otger diagnostics. But to go so far to say “we aint shit.” Is self depricating at best. Those ancillary staff arnt diagnosticians nor do they shoulder the same liability we do. Nor do they require the same degree of schooling and training we do to synthesize all the data cohesively

Also because you combined extreme arrogance with condescension. That tends to not work when you ALREADY are the highest paid profession in America except for niche ones that shouldn't even qualify as an entire profession like "Partner at White Shoe Law Firm."

@DutchRojas We doctors will never win the battle of public opinion cuz opinions of idiots like this is prevalent. Only after the whole HC system crashes down will the actual doctors who render care be in a position of strength

There is little difference between OnlyFans and doctors. They are both overpaid whores claiming to provide something beneficial to people while actually destroying them.

The bullshitting grifty MDs are pivoting in favour of GLP-1s now they realise they can’t ignore them and offer $1000 carnivore consults, perineal sunning and beef-tallow-coffee as an alternative. We see you, you muppets.

@J__Mathew @chriswithans I understand you want more nuance here, but there is only so much to cover with some tweeting. OP was that doctors aren't Gods and need an entire collaboration of auxillary/allied health professionals and a working economy in order to practice the full range of their skills.

@drpablocorral These convos are meaningless, so much more nuance to the convo (are we talking apo molecules here, ratios, breakdown of LDL subtypes, etc)

Each cell has the ability to synthesize their own cholesterol. Basic physiology, try to read before you write
Dr. Özcan Yücel MD@drozcanyucel

@drpablocorral We have trillions of cells. Not a single one of them can survive without cholesterol. You’re talking nonsense.

@J__Mathew @chriswithans They would be included in a normie understanding of a "hospital" or clinic or somesuch. Still needs more personnel than just a single surgeon. What you want an exhaustive list or conditions and scenarios?

@XVG_MD @chriswithans But in all honesty, how effective can you be to provide care without diagnostic tools (like even a basic cbc & chem9) i.e. a lab, medications, etc. I can't work without all the support that goes into an OR (or radiology techs) either, no shame in it.

@rerevvz They are traumatized (Stockholm Syndrome) so they keep trying to side with Western media rhetoriic, thinking they will get sympathizers. Its quite the cognitive dissonance phenomenon.

@StequaviousB @DutchRojas Regardless, a doc is only as efficacious as the system they are in with its resources (I am an orthopod btw). Like a bridge arc, a doc maybe the keystone, but all of its constituents are not very useful without all of them together. LOL I bet you most PAs think they could

@Rteyl13 @DutchRojas Maybe…but good luck rendering care at a hospital without doctors. Perhaps a PA can take out your ruptured appendix at 2 am.

This is a political warfare technique called Anchoring to the Visible Number. Make the audience stare at the physician’s salary. Never mention the system’s revenue. Purposefully, leave out important context. The frame does the work before the argument even starts. Here’s what the frame hid: $218.65/hr. Per diem. Nights and weekends. No benefits. No guaranteed hours. That cardiologist spent 10 years post-college in training. Average med school debt: $250,000. Fellowship paid roughly $65,000/year for 80-hour weeks. Kaiser Permanente reported over $100 billion in revenue last year. Zero property tax. Zero income tax. That exemption alone is worth billions annually. The margin between what the system collects and what the physician receives is the actual story. The physician’s salary is not why healthcare is expensive. It is the only part of the bill they let you see. When someone makes you angry at the physician, ask who benefits from that anger. It is never the patient.
Chris@chriswithans

This is why we’ll never get “affordable healthcare” in America. Established, stable non-profit hospital offers $440,000 a year for a doctor and they act like it’s poverty wages. No one’s forcing them to accept but they hate the idea that’s a floor for their earnings.
