Patient non-ambulatory because of pain from cancer. Killed the tumor with heat, provided support with rods, and backed up the cement truck. Patient back to walking with minimal pain.

Check your wire tips when you pull them out! Especially on the floor. If some is missing - call #IR! We can remove the foreign body, recan an occlusion, and place the line - sometimes with the same access. Satisfying quick case, expertly supervised by @DLKVIR @UMichVIR

@kimcoffmanmph @umichmedicine Poor planning, inaction/hesitation, not sure. Seemed they waited until the vaccines arrived before deciding a plan of action. Guidelines have since been published by @umichmedicine, but the distribution timeline still seems inexcusably slow for even the highest risk workers.

Too much applause, praise, and PR without actual substance or delivery by @umichmedicine. Got more emails about the vaccines arriving than distribution. Doses are sitting idle. I’ll be okay sitting out the first rounds of COVID vaccines. But what about the frontline workers?

@MegSmith471 @umichmedicine Who knows how to measure the downstream effects of 2000 vaccinated in a week versus 2000 vaccinated over 2-4 weeks (not administering on weekends, over holidays)? Hardly negligible, with rising infections and continued demand for PPE with the increase in infections etc etc.
