@cityh_unter Thank you for this take . Some people just don’t understand that playing for United is a different devil on its own . Going from Atalanta academy to United for 35mill is not a small feat . We all know Amad is killing mendes in every 1v1 battle .

I saw the Amad vs Olise comparison and I just sat down laughing my socks off 🤣. Some people are saying Olise is miles ahead, others are downplaying it like it’s just small details. But here’s my honest point of view. As a defender who played grassroots football, I’ll tell you this for free that I would be more afraid to face Amad Diallo with improved decision-making than the current version of Michael Olise. To me, they are two footballers with very similar skill sets, but completely different mindsets and journeys. And one major factor that separates them is environment. Amad was known from a very young age. At just 17, he secured a move to Manchester United. One of his former teammates at Atalanta even said they used to call him “Little Messi” because of how difficult he was to handle. But when he arrived in England, he was still raw ,not fully ready for that level . So he had to go out on loan. His spell at Rangers F.C. didn’t give him enough game time, which slowed things down for him. Then came the move to Sunderland A.F.C. in the Championship, and that’s where you really saw him grow rapidly, confidence, consistency, maturity. He came back to United looking sharper, but again, his development stalled because the coach at the time, Erik ten Hag, didn’t fully trust him. Still, he stayed patient, kept working, and eventually got his chance under a manager who believed in him and it started paying off. Even his recent dip in form can be linked to instability which includes managerial changes, lack of continuity. But if there’s one thing about Amad, it’s that he has already overcome bigger challenges than this. I trust him to bounce back stronger. Now, looking at Olise. His rise has been more gradual, more stable. He really stepped into the spotlight after Wilfried Zaha left Crystal Palace. No excessive noise, no overwhelming pressure , just steady growth. He played his game, developed at his own pace, and matured in a calm environment. Even when the team lost, there wasn’t that intense media scrutiny or heavy criticism. That stability shaped him well before earning a move to Bayern Munich , a club with structure, elite players, strong investment, and far less chaos compared to United. No dressing room drama, no constant managerial changes , just a system that allows players to thrive. So when you look at it objectively, it’s not surprising that Olise looks more complete right now. But here’s my conclusion . Based on current form and all these external factors, Olise is ahead of Amad right now. That’s fair. However, when it comes to pure talent, natural ability, and raw skill… Amad is above him. And if everything around him becomes stable, that gap will show clearly. That’s my take.

My friend's brother got married to a lady in her mid-30s. The guy didn't activate the no belle, no marriage policy. A few years into the marriage, God blessed his hustle. His quality of life significantly improved due to the open doors that he began enjoying. Despite the guy's comfort, his marriage was childless. He visited one of the best fertility clinics in town in the company of his wife. He was certified medically fertile, while his wife had fertility issues. However, the guy was assured that a treatment plan could correct the anomaly in his wife's system. The guy spent good money and nothing changed. Later on, IVF was recommended for the guy's wife. He paid for IVF on four different occasions. They all failed. After eight years in marriage and nothing to show for it. The innocent man informed his wife that he would love to exercise his option elsewhere, considering her inability to either get pregnant via IVF or naturally. The woman staunchly refused to be cheated on. A serious quarrel broke out, leading the guy to ask for a divorce. The couple separated. Less than a year after quitting his marriage, he became a father via a new girl. Nobody encouraged the guy to apply the no belle, no marriage with his current girl. They have a son together. The guy wasted eight years of his life because he was naive not to apply the no belle, no marriage with his ex-wife.

"I'm very sad. My wife doesn't clean the house, so I usually do it. I went away for just 2 days & came back to a messy house. She didn't know I was coming home today. This marriage isn't even up to a year but I'm stressing out already. Most times i come back from work tired & will still have to do the dishes & tidy up the place including our own bedroom. I didn't notice this side of her when we were dating. My wife was so neat as a 'girlfriend' she'll come over to my place, wash, clean & tidy up my home & even change the bedsheets countless times. But After marriage, she has completely changed & I've been the one doing all these things & it's even worse now that we have a 3 months old baby. The photos here is just what I've been seeing & going through all this time, but just that this one has gotten to an extreme & i find it hard coz, I can't hold it to myself anymore. I broke up with my girlfriend, bcoz i needed a serious relationship & didn't have interest ever marrying her bcoz she wasn't educated, I thought that was important, but now I realize I was wrong. She was an amazing person. But I was blind to all that. I left her for someone else, who was educated, The same lady that I'm married to today, But now, I'm stuck with a wife who is messy & lazy. I'm left to do almost everything myself even after work. I'm so miserable. & I regret my decision everyday but I'm helpless. I'm stressing everyday in my marriage. I'm so upset & don't know what to do anymore.."

@degogetteer I personally think this post is very insensitive and lacks wisdom. For starters who are we to judge people on the basis of childbirth? What would have been the lady's fate if it was the man who was infertile?

Tactically, Arsenal are favorites to win this champions league. This game we watched tonight is pure entertainment for the neutrals. End to End. Full attacking game. Problem is that Arsenal won’t attack like this, maybe Man City or Klopp’s Liverpool would, not Arsenal. Arsenal will defend and then score a corner in the 90th. UCL back in London.

6 years ago, my cousin travelled abroad with his wife His mum and siblings warned him... "Go first. Leave her for now. Women change when they get there." He said... "My wife is different." Last month, he came home alone for his mum’s 70th birthday. Said his wife couldn’t travel because of work. He returned abroad… Only to meet the house access changed No entry. Police later got involved after his wife accused him of bringing juju from Nigeria to destroy her life Truth is, they’d been having issues for 2 years. She now earns more, no respect again, and now, he has no access to the house or kids. He kept quiet when he came home so nobody would say... "Didn’t we tell you?" Now he’s squatting at a friend’s place. Back to square one...

The reported opposition by the World Bank and the IMF to Dangote’s proposed 1.2 million-barrel-per-day refinery in East Africa raises serious questions about who really benefits when Africa remains dependent on imported refined fuel. Their stated concern is that such a refinery could create an energy monopoly. But that argument rings hollow. For decades, African oil producers have exported crude oil, watched it refined elsewhere, and then bought back finished petroleum products at a premium. European and multinational oil interests have dominated refining, trading, shipping, storage, and pricing across the continent with little objection from the same institutions now warning Africa about “monopoly risk.” Where was this concern when African countries were unable to secure financing for large-scale refineries? Where was the urgency when most African refineries remained small, undercapitalized, inefficient, or commercially uncompetitive? Where was the outrage when Nigeria’s crude was shipped to Europe, refined by global giants, and sold back into Nigeria and ECOWAS markets? It took one African industrialist, Aliko Dangote, using private capital and extraordinary risk appetite, to disrupt that broken model. Today, the Dangote Refinery is not just changing Nigeria’s fuel equation; it is forcing the world to rethink Africa’s place in the global energy value chain. So when institutions like the World Bank and IMF suddenly become anxious about African refining capacity, Africans must ask a harder question: are they worried about monopoly, or are they worried about Africa finally controlling more of its own energy future? Africa does not need lectures against scale. Africa needs capital, infrastructure, refining capacity, and value addition. The continent cannot industrialize by exporting raw materials and importing finished products forever. The real monopoly that should concern everyone is not an African-built refinery. It is the historic monopoly of external control over Africa’s resources, supply chains, pricing systems, and industrial destiny.

No matter the direction women decide to take in life, it somehow still ends up favoring men. If they choose to be wild and indecent, it just increases access for men. If they choose to be disciplined and decent, it simply creates more for long-term good charactered partners for men . Either way, the outcome still circles back to men benefiting in one form or another.

The road to AFCON isn’t only built in stadiums—it extends to our hotels, our cities, and the overall experience we offer visitors. A delegation from the Local Organising Committee, led by Vice Chairperson Eng. Moses Magogo, engaged hotel owners in Bunyoro to align on CAF accommodation standards ahead of the tournament. The team also carried out inspections across Hoima and Masindi, assessing readiness as Uganda gears up for the official CAF hotel evaluation. These engagements are more than routine checks—they are part of a bigger picture. AFCON presents an opportunity for regions like Bunyoro to position themselves as key hospitality hubs, boost local tourism, and unlock real economic value. From infrastructure to service standards, every detail matters. Because when Africa comes to Uganda, the experience must match the moment. #ErichMboowaReports

"I live in the USA with my husband. I woke up in the morning, surprised & shocked. My husband asked me for a paternity test of our son Because he looks nothing like him. I honestly never cheated on my husband. I would never. He knows he was my first & only partner. I told him to go ahead & have the test. Who am I to stop him anyway? We have been married happily all these years. Well, he went ahead & took the test & found out our son is actually his. He was very happy. I told him congratulations. Now you are sure it's your own son you are going to be paying child support for. He asked what that meant, & I told him if he thinks I cheat on him, then we truly shouldn't be married. I took my son & left his house. As I write this, we are currently staying in a hotel. And I've made up my mind that I'm going to get a divorce. He keeps calling & texting & begging me to come back, but I don't want to. He said if I had such a problem with the test, then I should have stopped him instead of allowing it as if everything was ok & later ruining our lives." I'm not sure how I'm the one ruining our lives. He is the one who thinks I'm a cheater. He should be happy he doesn't have to live with a cheater anymore. I'm done!! Am I really being too hard on him? Does he even deserve my love? I want to divorce him. Why would you get married to a woman that you don't trust? Why did he marry me in the first place if he doesn't trust me?"

I still don't understand some mothers crocodile tears, after they intentional ruined their own daughter's life. At age 12, your daughter has been having sex, you didn't react or take any action against it. At age 14, she was not having mobile phone, but took your phone out on her birthday, bought new clothes, did make up, did photo shoot with a man. You acted as if you didn't see any of those pictures on your phone, you didn't question her, and you didn't ask her where she got the money from. This act continues till age 16, she started learning fashion designing as an apprentice, her boss had called you several times that, some times a week she will not attend training and was leaving the house, you turned deaf ears to that. The neighbours in the area had called your attention to some certain men coming to drop her off on lady bikes continuously, you turned deaf ears either. Just yesterday, you found out that she's pregnant. A 16 years old girl, and you started crying. I was trying to wrap up in my head, what the cries was about and I still can't get it, the moment the neighbours and everyone started pointing fingers at the mothers to have destroyed her own daughter life. Note: This is not fabricated, I was called to this matter in the area, and this girl told me somethings about herself that broke my heart 💔. Truly, single mothers raised the most spoilt and us£less children. I will add to it that, women can never build a sane society. QED
