I would like to raise complaint regarding the cab service provided for my recent trip for booking id NC728626065020778758 I had specifically booked a diesel vehicle and paid extra but a wrong vehicle was sent to me and no refund is given to me for extra amount paid @makemytrip

I have placed a disconnection request in feb2026 and since then every month they are unnecessarily sending me bills though I'm not using their service anymore for the past 4 months. Hello @PMCPune - due to your laziness against hoardings on Nagar road, entire Wagholi has to suffer ... Why should u not take action against these near high tension cables ? @MSEDCL @CMDMSEDCL team should also write you to do an anti encroachment drive on these hoardings ..

@WagholiHSA This is the case when green signal is on in wagholi, all the bikers come in between. No one cares to follow the signal and police do not take any fine from them.

It is really sad .. accidents after accidents are happening on Nagar road in Wagholi but the Police aren't interested in catching hold of the traffic violators .. the road remains not built even after so many promises over the years from various govts .. Wagholi keeps suffering..

Action will be taken against auto and taxi drivers who refuse fares, under MVA section 178 (3),1988. Furthermore, a meeting will be organised to sensitise the drivers to behave better with citizens & aid in a hassle free commute. The police officials will be sensitised as well.
