The right way would have been to retain all credit entries as originally recorded and simply notify customers via email and keep the rollback entries in place as well. Deleting the entries — regardless of the glitch — compromises audit trail integrity and lacks transparency. There were far better ways to handle this, and the approach taken falls well below the standard expected of @HSBC_IN @HSBC

HSBC TravelOne users – check your points NOW. Since yesterday, random “ROLLBACK – Bonus Points – reversal” entries are hitting accounts with zero notification or rationale. HSBC has confirmed a tech glitch. @ccg33k @greatindianmile

Stuck with Myntra wallet balance ? Here is what you can do. If you're stuck with Myntra GV balance, you can escalate a request with the customer care and they're refunding the balance to the account for OLD Myntra Credits. (Ask them escalate to their supervisor if they deny) Several users have confirmed receiving the the refund in bank account today. Share it with someone stuck with GV balance due to recent cancellation of orders by seller.

Lesson learnt: Never book @All hotels on points. Bcoz if you decide to cancel it later, your point will not be credited back immediately. There is no documented timeline and I am still waiting for mine to be credited back. Doesn’t matter even if you are platinum member. @Accor
