I was just speaking to my boy about this, the one football can’t let Arsenal win is the Champions League. League Cup? We can deal with. FA Cup? It’s what we’re used to them winning in the 21st Century. Premier League? Painful but most of us have seen them win it. 1/2

That desperation seems to centre on Arteta more than any of his players, as if he has become a lightning rod for the schadenfreude of opposing fans and they cannot bear the idea that he is going to have the last laugh." Help me understand why the dislike (apart from the fact that winning gets seen often as suspicious in the UK, and that fans from other teams would use any stick available, no matter how flawed, to diminish a win from other clubs) But don't give me partisan lines, I would like some kind of sociological/psychological explanation (if possible)

It's weak as fuck to tweet something like that. Part of the job is to stay quiet and respect the chain of command. If you don't like it, quit and shut the fuck up. The USA might have deeper strategic goals behind this. They should make a mandatory IQ test before putting imbeciles in roles like that.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.
