With the gyms opening today and I'm back to work Monday I thought I'd do my first circuit session in over 4 months. I'm going to feel it tomorrow.

@thismorning @AlisonHammond As a fitness professional myself. It is about empowering people to change and encouraging people to stick with every little positive change to feel happier and healthier. Punishing people for being overweight doesn't work and it is completely the wrong approach

@RunningFit4 @irongirl41 October 2020 should have been cancelled weeks ago. Never going to happen. But April 2021.... You'd of hoped most people would have recognised whether they're OK to go out, or should be indoors at that point. I'm just gutted not to be racing I guess😢

Easy 5 miles today. New treadmill arrived today 😁. So now the mileage is cranking up I can go back to double sessions 🏃‍♂️💪👍

2nd medium/long run of the week. Tired legs from yesterday's tempo run. Couldn't relax which caused my pace to increase towards the end. (34/55)
