Prosecutors have charged 30-year-old Fabiana Lucia Cantera with assaulting me outside an @ICEgov facility near Seattle in June 2025. She is also charged with disorderly conduct. I'm grateful to Tukwila PD and prosecutors for sticking with the case. Other suspects still at large.

Here is raw footage of the attack on us outside a @DHSgov building in Tukwila. Unprovoked. It started within moments of arriving to cover the blockade. Antifa is more violent and emboldened than ever. If our feckless state and local leaders won't deal with them, who will?

Gov Spanberger has amended HB650 - which if accepted by the General Assembly - would create enumerated areas where ICE could not arrest someone for illegally being in the United States without a warrant.

Today, Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger announced L3Harris is expanding its operations with a more than $1.2 billion investment in Orange County. Spanberger's husband works for L3Harris. According to the governor's press release, "Governor Spanberger approved two grants of $12.5 million and $500,000 from the Commonwealth’s Opportunity Fund to assist Orange County with the projects. The Governor also approved a performance-based grant of $5 million from the Virginia Investment Performance Grant, an incentive that encourages continued capital investment by existing Virginia companies. Funding and services to support L3Harris’ employee training activities will be provided through the Virginia Jobs Investment Program."

Bucks County made it clear they want secure borders and less strain on local resources. Fitzpatrick has a long record of crossing the aisle on immigration when it matters most.

Paige Ostroushko, her boyfriend Lorenzo Garcia, and her parents Chris and DeYanna Ostroushko appear to be preparing a potential civil rights claim tied to what they claim as police brutality during the April 11 Whipple protest.
Attorney Trisha Pohland, with BNCL, showed up to Lorenzo’s hearing.
So far, no lawsuit has been filed.
She’s also treating the lack of charges against them as a positive sign.
At the same time the FBI is now looking into their involvement in the attack on reporter Savanah Hernandez, which was announced by Kash Patel on April 12.
Video from the scene shows Paige running from police officers, with Lorenzo stepping in and interfering as officers try to take her into custody, and now they’re claiming their civil rights were violated. @Savsays

UNFORTUNATE UPDATE: I found out that Deyanna Ostroushko, the woman who you see assaulting me in the video below, will NOT be charged for assaulting me on Saturday.
The Hennepin County Sheriffs department stated to me that they feel they do not have sufficient evidence to recommend charges against her.
