In my rotations tonight I could not help but administer this dose of anger.
Kenya's schools reopen Monday for the longest term in the academic calendar. 14 weeks.
The government has a simple plan for this term.
Send less than half the money. Hope nobody notices.
Each secondary school student is entitled to Sh6,673 this term.
They will receive Sh3,094.
Less than half.
In the longest term.
Junior secondary students need Sh15,000 per learner.
They will get Sh9,810.
The accumulated school funding shortfall from 2020 to 2024 alone is Sh76.9 billion.
The overall deficit for this term is Sh26.61 billion.
Meanwhile State House has spent Sh89 billion in less than four years.
The DP spent Sh153 million on chopper rides in 75 days.
The government found Sh17 billion for a fuel stabilization fund that did not stabilize fuel.
But for the children.
For the food, laboratory materials and operational costs of schools educating 11 million learners.
There is a shortfall.
A consistent. Persistent. Deliberate shortfall.
The children of this country are not a budget priority but goons are.
They never have been.
Goodnight Kenya.
Dismas wa Tabu. Dreaming in installments. Billed in full.

Yesterday, CS Alfred Mutua told the Delegated Legislation Committee he has no choice but to remove many poor and elderly Kenyans from govt support list.
Reason?
They requested KSh 42B.
Treasury is giving them KSh 29B.
That’s a KSh 13B deficit.
Billions for Capitation have been cut.
Now, social support for the old and vulnerable, too.
But one arm of the government never has billions cut from its budget; in fact, they get more.
the Executive.

I said this when the fuel scandal started, and people here didn’t agree with me.
Those arrests didn’t look like justice.
They looked like a fight over profits.
And what was happening was pure PR
Now look at this timeline I have compiled by KTN and others
27 Mar - MT Paloma arrives
28 Mar - approval given under Lee Kinyanjui to release the fuel
Same day, bills and money from the oil start moving to One Petroleum:
Vivo pays KSh 2.2B
Total - KSh 1.8B
Rubis - KSh 1.2B
Astro - KSh 320M
And much more
So the fuel was already allowed, sold, and paid for. And KTN has reciepts and bills showing the payments
Then on 2 April, we see arrests. headlines everywhere.
But no one charged. We see resignations.
7 Apr - Opiyo Wandayi says the fuel should be separated
UDA officials say the fuel has been separated
Later, some OMCs say it had already been mixed
But UDA officials deny
14 Apr- Veronica Maina says it was separated, but later the story goes queit and now this latest information confirms the fuel was sold.
Total profits made? KSh 3.53B.
So I’m just asking,
If everything had already been approved, sold, and paid for, what exactly were the arrests about? Your guess is as good as mine.
This is looking less like a safety issue and more like people disagreed over money. And once the money was released, the case is now closed
And that's the part no one wants to explain.

Jomo Kenyatta came up with the idea of Kenya pipeline, which was construction in the early mid 1970s by Spie Capag International contractors.
Daniel arap Moi expanded it from Nairobi - Eldoret - Kisumu
Mwai Kibaki upgraded pumping stations and control systems that modernized it.
Uhuru Kenyatta Commissioned Modern Mombasa - Nairobi pipeline (Line 5) improving reliability
William Ruto sold it to Dictator Yoweri Kaguta Museveni 😭😭😭😭😭💔

Let us audit the Faceless Revolution:
Many Kenyans look at this photo and assume it is Dedan Kimathi. It is not. This is Field Marshal Musa Mwariama.
The 8-4-4 system deliberately blurred the faces of our military commanders so that we would only recognize the politicians. Kimathi was executed in 1957; Mwariama survived the entire war and lived until 1993. Yet, the system merged their identities into one vague, mythical "terrorist" figure in our textbooks.
>Notice the systemic hypocrisy. The politicians who safely negotiated in London immediately printed their faces on our currency, painted their portraits in every government office, and named the biggest avenues after themselves. But the actual Generals who fought the British in the Aberdares were left out of the photo albums of the Republic.
If the system can erase the face of the highest-ranking surviving Mau Mau General, it can erase the memory of the land he fought for. They made the warriors invisible so the Hustler would only worship the politicians.
Take a good look at the face of the man who survived the British Empire, only to be betrayed by his own government.
The timeline is correcting the syllabus.
We see the board. 🥷🏾

Why Hussein Mohammed Tried — And Failed — To Kill @StandardKenya’s CHAN Insurance Corruption Story
📀Sh42M in public tournament funds wired to an unlicensed ghost broker — Riskwell Insurance Brokers Ltd — on the very opening day of CHAN, August 4, 2025
📀 Riskwell was only 40 days old when it secured the insurance contract — incorporated June 25, 2025, with zero regulatory standing
📀 The @ira_kenya confirmed in writing it had never licensed Riskwell for 2025 or any prior year — making the payment for insurance brokerage a criminal facilitation under the Insurance Act
📀 Competitive bidding was deliberately bypassed — three established insurers (Takaful, Old Mutual, Britam) had submitted valid bids, with Britam’s lowest bid at Sh29.1M — Sh13M cheaper than what Riskwell was paid
📀 Riskwell had no VAT obligation, filed no @KRACorporate returns, recorded zero purchases or sales — a textbook ghost company
📀 One of Riskwell’s three directors is linked to a senior FKF official — a direct conflict of interest Hussein cannot explain away
📀 The @EcobankKenya payment advice — timestamped 3:08PM, August 4 — bears Hussein’s own email address as the account holder’s contact, placing him at the centre of the transaction
📀 @husseinmoha sent four emissaries to The Standard’s newsroom in a desperate bid to stop publication — a move that only confirmed the story’s potency
📀 Rather than address the scandal, Hussein hid in Uganda — claiming he could not respond until he returned
📀 The @EACCKenya had already published a damning Q1 2024 report recommending prosecution of former FKF President @Nmwendwa for the same pattern of financial misconduct — Hussein walked straight into the same fire
📀 Whistleblower Ustadh Okello Kimathi had already formally filed the full dossier with the EACC alongside a public call for Hussein to step aside — the story was already in official hands before it hit the front page
📀 Hussein staying in office now actively obstructs investigations and erodes public trust — the cover-up has become bigger than the crime @CAF_Media @caf_online_AR @fifacom_ar @FIFAcom @fifamedia

KSh 42.5 million meant for CAN/ AFCON insurance was diverted to private individuals.
A new “insurance company” was registered barely a month before the funds were released, and that’s where the money was sent to them.
Which means one thing:
AFCON was effectively run without valid insurance.
Even more alarming, the company, Rockwell Ltd, isn't licensed to operate as an insurer in Kenya.
Directors linked to it include:
Abdullahi Mohamud Sheikh
Mohamud Yarrow Ibrahim
Nyairo Tom
This follows the same pattern we exposed in SHA:
Create a company hospital → receive public funds → disappear.
KTN News Kenya has already highlighted part of this.
But what’s coming out is only a fraction.
The rot is deeper.
By AFCON 2027, Kenyans will understand just how far this goes.
