I am guilty, #Mets fans. Guilty for believing that David Stearns was the right person for this job. Guilty for believing that, despite the enormously unpopular fan outrage, the revamped roster was good enough to win the NL East. I have no idea how this season will eventually turn out, but as we stand here on May 26, the outlook is bleak. Imagine if @StevenACohen2 had purchased a priceless piece of art, only to discover it was a fake. He would immediately seek retribution. That's what has happened here. The #Mets need an organizational purge; it's as simple as that. There's really only one person who can save the #Mets. Make him an offer he can't refuse. Otherwise, this franchise is doomed.
