@sainsburys What’s going on with your fresh produce at the moment?! Hardly any carrots, only bagged organic ones, the courgettes looked like they had been kicked around the floor & we got this avocado in your Burton Upon Trent store this morning, went to eat it for lunch & yuk!🤢

@CostaCoffee Bit dissapointed that I used some of my points to buy a coffee this morning as part of your current promotion and I had to leave the store empty handed because the queues were ridiculous!

Called again and reset my telephone number and password and still getting this! This is RIDICULOUS!!! 😡😡😡😡

@HalifaxBank Absolutely terrible service trying to reset my online banking on two occasions now! Sat on the phone for over an hour, had to wait for a letter to be sent out in the post (is it 2021 or the 90’s?!) and then got cut off on the phone to an advisor!! Not happy! 😡

@sainsburys What do I have to do to get a CYO pizza from your fresh counter???? My local store will only do them after 12pm, so we have changed the time we go shopping & then they don’t have the ingredients!! 😡🍕 We never have this problem with @Morrisons! What’s the issue?!

Now ALL items are in stock in Burton which is where we live so why do we have to travel nearly 20 miles to get our order?! This is absolutely ridiculous!! 😡

@EntertainerToys All afternoon & 2hrs sorting out an order I placed today which went wrong due to an IT issue with e gift card/vouchers not applying at checkout!! We have now resolved it thanks to Oliver in CustServ, BUT we have now got to drive 20 miles to another store!😡

@Sainsburys What is the deal with your fresh counter pizzas??!! They took ages to come back after lockdown, you’ve changed the bases & toppings YET again, now you’re saying you only do CYO after 12pm and none on the shelf! 🍕😡

@marksandspencer Just a bit of a difference in your 2-3 year olds jeans! Both purchased online but weeks apart. Already taken labels off and washes now, so can’t return, the shorter pair is closer to the 18-24 months pairs we have. Not great with a growing toddler!
