What just happened on Strictly feels a bit messed up. @tomdean00’s departure will go down as one of THE early shocks. Lovely bloke who really could have become a great dancer. He looked like he was loving every second of it and @NadiyaBychkova looked like she loved teaching him. I’m not an expert - and I’m happy for someone to explain - but how he lost that dance off is completely beyond my comprehension. Genuinely thought they could have gone a long way 🤯

@PCS1977 No need to be sorry. This is why I am doing this. My first symptoms were about 2 years before my diagnosis.

Day 6️⃣ I have been diagnosed with ALS for 6 years. The average life expectancy after an ALS diagnosis is 2-5 years. Being diagnosed at the age of 29 I was in a 1% group. Less than 10% of patients retain their voice. Less than 10% survive 5+ years. Maybe I’m an ALS unicorn. 🦄
