This is Penny Gove (37) from Larne who was handed a 3-month jail sentence for leaving her Jack Russell Gizmo to starve to death at a property in the town. The back of Greenisland Parish this morning following a suspected arson attack last night. Police have confirmed they don’t believe the fire is hate related. Some locals in the area have described the ordeal as “too upsetting” to even speak about. @BelTel
