माध्यमांशी संवाद! महाराष्ट्रात आणि मुंबईत राहणाऱ्या प्रत्येकाला मराठी येणे आवश्यक आहे, याचे मी समर्थन करतो. मात्र रिक्षा आणि टॅक्सी चालकांसाठी मराठी भाषा एक तारखेपासून सक्तीने लागू करण्याच्या निर्णयात ओला, उबर, रॅपिडो यांचा उल्लेख नसणे योग्य नाही. कायदा सर्वांसाठी समान असला पाहिजे; अन्यथा त्याची अंमलबजावणी योग्य ठरत नाही. ‘सक्ती’ या शब्दाचा मी स्पष्टपणे विरोध करतो. भाषा ही प्रेमाने शिकवली गेली पाहिजे. जे चालक ऊन-पाऊस-थंडीमध्ये मुंबईकरांची सेवा करत शहराला गतिमान ठेवतात, त्यांना मराठी शिकण्यासाठी शासनाने संधी, वेळ आणि व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षणाची सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिली पाहिजे. त्यानंतरच या नियमाची प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी व्हावी. मी भाषेच्या मुद्यावरील राजकारणात पडू इच्छित नाही. गोर-गरिबांवर भाषेच्या नावाखाली मारहाण करणे हे पूर्णपणे अलोकतांत्रिक आहे. याचा मी विरोध करतो. मी पुन्हा स्पष्ट करतो, महाराष्ट्रात राहणाऱ्यांना मराठीचे ज्ञान असलेच पाहिजे; पण ते प्रेमाने आणि संयमाने शिकवले गेले पाहिजे. या विषयावर मुख्यमंत्री सन्माननीय @Dev_Fadnavis जी संवेदनशील असून सर्व संबंधित युनियनशी चर्चा करून योग्य तो तोडगा काढतील, असा मला विश्वास आहे. भाषा ही नेहमी प्रेमानेच शिकवली पाहिजे. भाषा लोकांना जोडण्याचे, जवळ आणण्याचे माध्यम आहे. मराठी ही आपुलकीची भाषा आहे. मला विश्वास आहे की रिक्षा आणि टॅक्सी चालकांना मराठी भाषा प्रेमाने आणि संयमाने शिकवली जाईल आणि त्यानंतर हा नियम योग्य पद्धतीने लागू केला जाईल. महाराष्ट्राचे मुख्यमंत्री सन्माननीय देवेंद्र फडणवीस जी यांच्या सोबत महाराष्ट्रातील सर्वात मोठ्या युनियनचे अध्यक्ष शशांक राव यांची भेट बोरिवलीत मी घडवून आणली होती. या संपूर्ण विषयावरील चिंता आणि उपाययोजनांबाबत निवेदनही सादर करण्यात आले आहे. माझ्या माहितीनुसार, सरकार सर्व युनियनची बैठक घेणार आहे. मराठी भाषेवरून वाद निर्माण होणार नाही, आणि मराठी भाषा हा वादाचा विषय ठरणार नाही. मला विश्वास आहे की यावर लवकरच योग्य तोडगा निघेल आणि सर्वजण प्रेमाने मराठी बोलतील. या महाराष्ट्रात, मुंबईत मराठीचा जयघोष नक्कीच घुमेल! 🚩 — आमदार संजय उपाध्याय बोरिवली विधानसभा #SanjayUpadhyay #Borivali #BJP #Marathi #Language #MaharashtraAutoTaxiDrivers #AutoRickshawDriver
