@British_Airways we booked a flight to Bali through BA /Qatar and had an issue with ripped passport on arrival I got a next day passport and got told by the travel agency the return was valid so booked new flights costing us thousands. Yesterday at 5pm we got an email below:

@easyJet are honestly money grabbing had a small bag a guy came up to the airport just demanded us to pay for our bag also said it doesn’t fit long ways but it fits long ways but not landscape way… no bags get put in that way… flights delayed too.
