We have gotten to a stage in professional sports, where people don't seem to look at the actual facts, anymore... everything is Hypotheticals & Analytics & Metrics... it's really sad, and really scary... the only FACTS are that Sam Darnold and Jalen Hurts won the last 2 Super Bowls. NEITHER guy is in the Top 10 list, people are looking at realities and just blatantly ignoring them... the reality is Justin Herbert sucks in the Playoffs, it's just a pure fact

Exercising/movement is the most powerful keystone habit that changes every other decision I make in the day. I have not found any other habit with these powers.

There are 3 massive red flags I look for in any managers, directors, or similar positions in home service co’s: 1. “That’s not my job.” 2. “We’ll do it my way.” 3. “It doesn’t matter. No one will notice.” Individualism Pride Laziness None or these belong in leadership roles.
