this is actually a great example of where community notes fail... - march 15 is the UN International Day to Combat Islamophobia. it's on the anniversary of the Christchurch massacre where 51 muslims were killed at prayer. they prob scheduled that tweet - the community note frames this as CSIS being naive and posting "hours after pro-regime marches" that's not true. it's misinformation from someone with an agenda - at the actual rally there were 2 arrests both were counterprotesters. one charged with assault and with incitement to hatred - islamophobia and antisemitism are both real and both things can be true at the same time. using one to dismiss the other isn't fact-checking, its playing victimhood weird tweet man

Community notes is such a good feature. Only shows up when people who usually disagree with each other agree on a note. Imagine legacy media had the guts to implement a system like this.

The default writing style of ChatGPT makes me nauseous. I’m sick of seeing it in X comments, blog posts, emails, memos and ChatGPT itself. It’s out of fashion, the flavor has grown stale. I use Claude just to escape it. Very simple fix for OpenAI: change the secret system prompt to abolish this tiresome tone. Or create a more automatic way for people to give it their own tone. This feels like an instance where a 10 minute change could make a product 2x better

i just unmuted my computer and heard what sounded like the Adhan playing. i couldnt for the life of me figure out where it was coming from until i switched over to my agents window. apparently one of my openclaw agents had fired up youtube and was playing a live stream of Mecca. cooool cool cool super normal
