During the second trial you testified that the sequence of events was: 1. 2:27:42: Hockomock sports search conducted and logged in BrowserState record 4028. 2. The tab used for this search remained foregrounded (top tab in the tab stack). 3. 6:24:18 - The “hos long” search was entered and logged in BrowserState record 4028. 4. 6:24:24 - Safari was backgrounded while record 4028 was allegedly the foregrounded tab and contained the “hos long” Google search URL. 5. 6:24:24 to 10:33:34 - There’s roughly a four-hour period with no Safari activity. 6. 10:33:34 - Safari was brought back to the foreground, record 4028 returned to focus, and Safari began loading the 6:24 “hos long” search results. 7. 10:33:35 - Record 4028 was closed and was never accessed or brought to the foreground again. If this is true, how do you reconcile the tab-order of record 4028?
 If record 4028 was truly the foregrounded tab from 2:27:40 until it was allegedly closed at 10:33, then the BrowserState/WAL data should behave like that. 
It doesn’t. 
While 4028 still contains the same “hos long” URL and the same 2:27:40 last_viewed_time, its order_index shifts: 10 - 6 - 0 
The shift from 10 to 6 suggests the tab stack was being recalculated around 4028, likely because other tabs - PayPal, Eastern Bank, Gallery Shoots, Raining Men, etc. - were being closed. If other tabs were being viewed and closed, 4028 was not continuously foregrounded. 
So your theory contradicts itself: 4028 cannot be both the continuously foregrounded tab and a tab whose stored order changes because other tabs are being accessed and closed around it.

this headline is unfair and inappropriate. She isn't a disgraced cop; she was about to return to active duty and was shot after losing her child. She was acquitted of any criminal conduct.

One of the most egregious moments from trial one is captured here. On re-direct, Lally asks why Proctor doesn’t like @BostonDefender and he starts in on a long LYING narrative. A side bar commenced, the jury was dismissed, but Aunty Bev wanted to note for the record Yannetti’s reaction and scold him. Ma’am, you literally have Peggy O’Keefe all but jumping the rail of the gallery with her theatrics towards the defense team with the jury seated DIRSCTLY across from her during this spectacle. Spare us all! 🙄
