@AravindSitham I haven’t heard or experienced this with TD or any other lenders that normally offer rate holds on their published rates. They maybe referring to discretionary rates, which can vary day to day/person to person.

Just found out that TD doesn't hold mortgage rates anymore. Real time daily quotes only. Take the rate today or roll the dice tomorrow. This apparently started in August/Summer. 1) Are all the banks/mortgage co's doing this? 2) Did I miss something that triggered this?

Cian Uijtdebroeks leaving Visma-LAB to Movistar. 👀 After such a dramatic exit from BORA to Visma in the 2023 off-season, he was hindered by injuries and sickness for most of the last 2 years. Abandoning the Giro 2024 while fighting for a Top 5 position, due to sickness. Continuous problems with his back which are seemingly resolved now, after which he started performing again. It's fair to say the results weren't worth the drama for Visma, but I'm happy to see Cian join Movistar, where I expect opportunities without significant pressure. What do you think about this transfer? 💬

THREAD Ranking all the Tour de France teams based on their performances: Visma - Lease a Bike 9/10 Fans and experts keep writing how tactically they messed up this Tour and they didn’t risk enough to beat Pogačar, but I think they rode very very well. They often outnumbered UAE team and sometimes risked it even too much. People must realize there was no chance of beating Pogačar, he was simply too strong. Kuss rode very well apart from the last races, S.Yates even won a stage although in support of Jonas didn’t show that much as expected, Campenaerts climbed like never before. Only Jorgenson disappointed with his climbing performance. People even put him on a possible podium, but he didn’t have it this year. And yesterday’s stage was just a beauty by Visma and Wout. Deducted one point because Jonas didn’t win a single stage and mainly in stage 19 he made a big mistake by not chasing Arensman and deducted one point for Jorgenson's GC fail and Van Aert's disappointment through the race as he simply didn’t perform as expected. But maybe that’s why they were able to deliver yesterday, we will never know. #TDF2025

Wild numbers coming out of TRREB today. - Sales down 27.4% - New listings up slightly - Active listings up 76.0% (!!!!!!) - Nominal price down 2.2% - Real house price down 4-5% - Days on market continue to climb Spring buyers market, imo.

I love cycling, but this is not a serious sport most of the time.

Strange happenings. I have a BMO preferred rate MC. Only ever use it for Costco purchases. Credit limit 3K. When I signed on to pay my $90 balance, it showed my credit limit was $500 so I gave them a call to find out what was going on. I didn't receive a call- didn't get mail

If you buy a new home for $1 million $310,000 of that are taxes. 2.6x more than the average taxed good in the normal economy. 2.4x what the developer profit When will the municipalities wake up and realize these taxes are destroying affordability?
